Top things were: - every window has a mosqito net - it is amazing! It allowed us to sleep with open windows and have fresh air in the room (although there is also well functioning aircon if you want it) - very comfortable and big beds (+ you have 2 types of pillows - soft & hard) - we could really rest and slept very well - room was very specious and quiet - very well placed hotel close to highway - pleanty of free parking spaces in a hotel territory which is fenced with gates - very nice staff who speak good english

- breakfast is probably best from what you get in countries like Italy, France and Spain - bread, jam, honey, scrambled eggs, bacon, cakes, ham and cheese. Would be great to have more vegetables and more seasonal fruit options.

Modern well-appointed hotel set in the context of an old cascina. Beautiful rural setting close to a busy commercial area not far from Milan. Excellent stopover point. All staff we spoke to were courteous, efficient and welcoming. Excellent restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Breakfast included cooked options with a huge array of choices. Excellent cappuccino freshly made on request.

Route to the hotel entrance from the motorway was a little convoluted. Needs close attention to satnav.

The staff was phenomenal and Emmanuel at the front desk helped me with my travel arrangements and understanding where would be the best place for me to go based on my goals. He took Extra Care to help me understand the train station and how to navigate to Venice. He also made arrangements for me to have safe Transportation to and from the train station knowing I was traveling alone. His English is fantastic. A big plus since my Italian is not. I ate breakfast in the restaurant and the display and selection of food was absolutely magnificent. I especially loved the cappuccinos and all of the beautiful views from the patio. The room was so beautiful, and peaceful. I've never slept so deep and felt so relaxed in a hotel before.

I had a room that had a kitchenette but there was no pots and pans for me to cook my own meals. It was explained nicely to me, that whatever I paid for the room did not include the ability to cook. Unfortunately that was part of why I chose that room and that hotel.

When we finally arrived, we were very pleased with everything. We had a spacious room with good bathroom and easy parking nearby. We were in fact able to eat in the restaurant, having been told by the hotel beforehand that their restaurant would be closed the night we were there. It was therefore a bonus for it to be operating and we had a delicious risotto and some Prosecco, just the ticket after a tortuous journey during the day. A good Italian breakfast buffet was also available the next morning.

Our satnav and googlemaps just couldn’t find the hotel and it took us an hour to find the place when we came off the A1 autostrada. It is in fact extremely close to the A1 and it literally took us two minutes to find it the next morning. We would therefore suggest that when people book, the hotel should give detailed directions of how to get straight to them.

We stayed here with friends on our way to Milan — and we all really liked it! The grounds are beautiful and well kept, and the atmosphere is cozy. Breakfast was tasty, and it was especially nice to enjoy it outside. The staff were friendly and welcoming everywhere — you can feel the warm attitude right away. A big bonus is the large private parking, which is super convenient when you're traveling by car. Great place to stay!

Very beautiful farmhouse, extremely well renovated and maintained. Location is comfortable and not far from the motorway either. Our room was spacious enough very clean well maintained with comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The Hotel offers a good restaurant à la cart serves plenty of local traditional food. A good selection of wine as well. Overall the level of cleanliness and housekeeping is simply perfect. The staff very professional and friendly. Great value for money. We will surely be back.

The apartment was spacious and well located in the town centre. There were a number of places to eat in walking distance. The host also left a few snacks which we appreciated! We had our cat with us and she seemed comfortable too.

There were some very noisy people out in the square, and at one point they entered the building where we were staying. This was not at all the fault of our host, but it was disconcerting.

A picturesque hotel set round a courtyard with an adjacent equestrian centre. The Hotel is surrounded by a secure fence with electronic access and so is very secure for your car. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. Dinner in the restaurant was good with interesting combinations and breakfast was fine.

The wi-fi was poor and I was surprised to be charged for a small bottle of drinking water in the room.

Our stay at Cascinas Las Sesmones for 8 nights was the ideal location to enjoy day trips to Lodi, Milan, Pavia, Como, Bellagio and Bergamo. Las Sesmones is peaceful but not isolated. There is a local mall nearby which was very convenient. The grounds are walkable, beautifully maintained with plenty of outdoor seating areas to enjoy. Breakfast is European fare, fresh and varied. We enjoyed dinner and live music at the Ristorante after a full day of sightseeing. We recommend pretty much everything on the menu. Our rooms were clean, bright, airy with a pleasant rustic feel and clean. We had ample towels, comfortable mattresses and quiet rooms.

We had no dislikes at this property. Any customer service issues we brought to the attention of management were addressed. Service during open hours was excellent and staff are friendly. We suggested to management that restaurant staff be accommodating of guests’ requests during off hours such as access to cutlery and basic condiments. Parking is on site and enclosed. At present there is no onsite charging station for hybrid/electric cars but may be available in future.
