We travel a lot, and this hotel offers the best value for money, by far. Staff is super friendly, the room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable, as is the bathroom. Don’t miss out of the breakfast: there are so many options, also gluten free (the best: ice cream with chocolate sprinkles. May be this is only in the weekend though, not sure). EV-charger worked like a charm. Also, the hotel is situated in a nice neighborhood. We highly recommend staying in this (dog friendly) hotel.

I loved the breakfast. The staff were very friendly. It was nice with the aircon in the room and bed was very comfortable. The carriage and the goldfish in the courtyard added a nice atmosphere. I recommend this hotel.

At times wifi didn't seem to be working.

Location, staff, and breakfast were excellent! Nice economic room too. The hotel is close to the station, a few minutes walking. Clean and quiet. We had a great stay there!

Only one thing, which was the lack of a kettle in the room. It would be helpful to have it especially when you love tea.

The fridge in our room didn't work and we didn't have a remote for the fan which was a bit of an inconvenience due to the heat during our stay

Staff is happy to help and attentive. Breakfast was quite good, offering all usuals and a bit more, all of quite good quality and fresh.

The hotel might benefit from a bit of cosmetic repair. I've seen two guest rooms and both of them was not exactly spotless. Still, good value for money.

We had a lovely stay. The hotel lobby and rooms were beautifully designed and decorated. Everything was clean and tidy. The staff was warm and welcoming. Breakfast offered abundant options. Walkable from station and city center.

The hotel was very cute and in the architectural style that can be found in the centre of Crema (a short walk away). It was easy to find and access by car, had great parking facilities inside the property at no additional cost and is located in a great place for exploring the town. In less than five minutes by foot, you can access the historical centre walking through a lovely park and then entering through the arch that leaves you at Piazza Garibaldi - a great spot for starting a day in Crema-. The beds are comfy and the rooms have good climate control. One of the best things about the hotel is it's staff, this family run hotel will go out of it's way to welcome you and make sure your stay is memorable. They love Crema and are very knowledgeable about the town and its surroundings. I fully recommend it.

Everything was perfect. The location, the cleanliness, bed, toiletries, breakfast, and staff were all superb. It was also very close to the bus and train station.

I can't think of anything that I did not like during my stay

This is a very good hotel, located close to the railway station and a convenient walk to the city centre. The room and the bathroom were both quite large. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was good, but the cooked food was not very warm, and the nearly empty juice jugs were not refilled. The room was cold during my stay, although there were plenty of blankets.

This is the fourth time we have visited this hotel, and everything has always been wonderful. Receives customers very warmly. Always tries to help in any case. It's always nice to come here. Breakfast is amazing. Special thanks to Rosanna.
