Very nice, distinguished, old style hotel just next to the main pedestrain thoroughfare of Cuneo in an old palace with reach history. Very comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. We got upgrade to a suit which was very nice with balconies with a view over the roofs

Breakfast was a little bit dissapointing. Quite a good sweet selection, but salty rather limited. Airconditioning cools only to about 25 degrees so on hotter nights it is necessary to open balcony door. The underground parking is a bit tricky and requires patience and good manoeuvring skills

The hotel is a center city hotel but in a pedestrian zone, so everything is within easy walking distance. Cuneo is a lovely town with a bit of an 'old' feeling but many good shops and restaurants available. The hotel restaurant was closed during our stay, but one can eat there deliciously (we know from previous visits). The reception staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We praise them for their cooperation.

The hotel's parking garage entrance is quite narrow, so access for larger cars is difficult. But it is great to have the safe parking space and there is 1 (slow) charging point available for electric cars.

Everything was great! It was a family owned boutique hotel in a great location for us, on the main mall, close to everything including the markets, which is what we came for. The owner saw I was hot and dehydrated and came to me with iced water which was very comforting. Staff were available to give local and wider information and were very obliging.

Everything was great and the only query I have is that it was located in town and not so close to the train station - and I think that is something from Hotels.com that was not clear in the description. It is definately walking distance (with minimum luggage) and we took a taxi to the station on the way home, which was kindly organised by the hotel. Also on the Hotels.com site, the front main entrance should also be noted on the description for pedestrians, as it could be accessed from the main street for pedestrians and we followed directions to the vehicle entrance. We were so close to the front main street entrance with our luggage and did not know,

Excellent location with really good restaurant. Lovely city to wander about, bigger than we expected. Private parking.

Regarding staff, depending on who you encounter ratings could change. Trip to Piedmont.

The location in the centre of the pedestrian area is perfect, reception staff and waiting staff very pleasant and attentive. Quiet room at the back of the hotel.

The single charging point for electrical cars in the hotel's garage was not powerful enough to charge our little electrical car (BMWi3). The hotel management said they would have it fixed

They could improve by providing the ability to iron your clothes in your own roim instead if the Lobby. That is my only criticism of the hotel. Ither than that, it was good. Very clean place

The air conditioner needs an overhaul. It works but is a bit tired sometimes and goes to sleep..

Very nice historical hotel in the center of Cuneo that hosted some notable guests in the past. A spacious room with a kettle, nice bathroom, I have really enjoyed my stay. The host on the reception was really nice and booked me a restaurant for the Saturday evening. I would come back next time :).
