We loved everything about this palazzo! We booked less than an hour before we arrived, but we were welcomed in and our bikes put in a locked storage space. The lady on reception was happy to let me practice my Italian, and we were personally shown all the way up to our room. We ate in the restaurant in the cellars, very atmospheric! And they went to great efforts to cater specially for my friend, who is vegan. The little unexpected treats to start and finish were a lovely surprise. The room was perfect with everything we needed to relax after a hard day cycling. Breakfast was also top notch - lots of fresh options. I'm glad we decided not to leave early!

Nothing - no complaints.

We have stayed at the hotel before, and it is a fantastic place. Book room number 12, which has a unique bathroom with a built-in bathtub and a rain shower. As always, we ordered dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed the evening with good food and wine in their wonderful courtyard.

It is difficult to park at the hotel to unload luggage, and we received a parking ticket in the 5 minutes it took to carry our suitcases up. The hotel paid the parking ticket, which was incredibly generous. There is a good parking garage a 5-minute walk away that is free, but you should be able to unload your luggage without any issues and then drive there afterward.

We love this fabulous, romantic hotel. This was our second visit. The exposed beams and architectural beauty of our room was lovely. The updated bathroom was very nice. The historic corridors and courtyard add to the charm. The room darkening blinds helped us enjoy a sleepy morning. The breakfast is not to be missed! Local meats, breads, fruits, and more are delicious.

Parking is challenging, especially in inclement weather. USB ports in the rooms would be convenient.

The hotel is beautiful, steeped in history, and the rooms have been exquisitely refurbished to be intune with the building, cosy and yet modern at the same time. It is a wonderful experience, and superbly situated near to the castle and in the heart of the medieval town.

Food, though is troublesome after 9pm, and the choices after that time are very limited. If you get to the hotel pre-9am, the food is excellent and the restaurant areas atmospheric

We booked the suite which was very roomy. Honestly did not expect a Hotel of that quality. Nice and friendly staff, can recommend. Parking 5 minutes away but you can easily unload and load your car in front of the Hotel.

Nice rooms in a very nice refurbished palace. Dinner downstairs was really a nice experience (looked like the old cellar been refurbished!) and the food was nice and local but with an elegant twist to it. Very nice wine list and definitely worth a visit to the cellar on the way in 😘😘😘

A beautiful, elegant, cozy hotel in the heart of Fossano. We stayed with another family and we all enjoyed our stay. The hotel is lovely and really well done. We would love to stay again.

Our door to our bathroom was extremely creeky and loud.

The hotel is well-located between the pretty castle and the main shopping centre, it was beautifully presented and the service from the staff was fantastic.

Only that we couldn’t stay longer!

Fantastic location

Room is quite dark, there was no hot water for the shower some days and it was difficult to unload/load the luggage as there's no parking.
