Tutto perfetto. 😍 This is one of the best 3-star hotels we've been to. This can be a 4-star hotel. 🌟🌟🌟🌟 ❤️ Excellent location ❤️ Reception - they are lovely people. They are warm and responsive to my emails. ❤️ Room - we booked a suite room with a bath tub, and it's really large for a family of three. ❤️ Breakfast - they served a good mix of sweet and savory options. Sendra attended to our requests with delight. She's a gem. ❤️ Bar - awesome and delicious cocktails. We loved the "bartender's choice". Yummy! After our stay, we asked if they found a charger and they did. We started our communication on Sunday and on Tuesday, we received our charger. That's a wonderful post-stay service. Thank you so much and keep up the good work!

Size of the room, position of the hotel and the garage I got for my motorbike.

I didn’t like that the upstairs bar wasn’t really available because it seemed there was a group party or dinner occupying the whole area and no staff up there. I was hoping to get a drink on the terrace. Also didn’t like that I couldn’t get the room heating to work.

The hotel is placed virtually in the Center of the city. It is good that the hotel has its own parking

Parts of the inventory is outdated. The room which we had was relatively dark

The hotel and rooms were clean and looked brand new, staff was great and friendly, rooms were quiet at night so we slept really well. The breakfast area on the 3rd floor with open air patio on the rooftop was lovely, and the breakfast buffet had very fancy and delicious foods. The hotel is right next to the main shopping area and market. Wonderful location.

The car park was down the street and it would be helpful to provide a map to guests so they can find it more easily, and also indicate the best route to drive the car back near the hotel to pick up luggage on market days when streets are pedestrian-only.

Excellent hôtel, very nice big room with a huuuuuge bed, super comfortable. Location is very central so easy to visit the historical part of the city on foots, and hôtel has a small (at a fee) parking, very convenient. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choice, in a beautiful room under the roof. Staff was super kind and helpful . Really enjoyed the stay at this hotel, very relaxing.

Well, everything was super, honestly. The only thing was the bathroom does not have a lot of lighting and it is decorated with dark colors. More lights would be good in my view. But, that s a minor point.

The sincere sense of purpose from the entire staff , especially the owner Lorenza ….. The daily breakfast is superb…. The rooms are spotless …. The location is perfect …

Room was great, very clean, with lovely bathroom, lovely breakfast in the morning. Prime location for exploring the town. Beautiful town with friendly people - will definetly visit again...

There was nothing to dislike.

Such a lovely hotel in Cuneo - the staff were so friendly and the parking fantastic- breakfast was also amazing.

The air con had not been turned on and there was an early hot spell - maybe just have fans in the room guys

Comfortable bed,, excellent choice of breakfast, coffee and water always available in reception, safe parking for motorcycles. Lovely staff

We were asked to provide the desired breakfast time, but when we showed up (even a bit earlier than the announced time) everything was gone and the staff member said that she was expecting us earlier. Eventually, they provided breakfast, but we could not experience the regular breakfast choice. Probably there was a small glitch in communication between receptionist and breakfast staff.
