Great location, good value, secure parking for motorcycles, and a good welcome. The small town/village of San Rocco Bernezzo is lovely. Great places to eat.

If I am being super picky, it could have been cleaner - the towel looked as if it was previously used by someone else - but I was put into another room last minute due to a mix up, so this may explain it.

Large and comfortable room, all required features, spotless clean. I really appreciated the opportunity to park my motorbike inside the gated courtyard. The location is great for further exploring this beautiful side of Italy or cross the mountains into France.

Very new ( not finished yet) house with few modern rooms. Very nice inside, spacy bathroom, free non alkoholic drinks in prepared in the fridge were nice

Even there is balcony it is hard to use it as house is next to the main road, so you need to close windows and use air condition instead of fresh air. I really like good hotels breakfast with many option and here I was disapointed. Breakfast is over the road ( hard to cross) in kind of bar, and it is only one hod drink, glass of water and one pcs of some sweet which you can choose. It might be good for someone, not for me.

Great welcoming and detailed information were provided by the owner. There was the possibility to park our motorbikes within the premises.

The place is spotless, the lady who owns it most charming and helpful. Large room with excellent spacious bathroom and a kettle in the room. Airconditioning if required is in the room. The place is a little out of town but it only takes a few minutes to drive to Cuneo.

The Suite room feels more like a Mansion in Beverly Hills Great and clean Building When in this area, will stay there again

The host had great recommendations for restaurants and travel activities. She was so accommodating for my pregnant wife. She made sure we had plenty of snacks.

Well looked after place. A very spacious bedroom and bathroom. Free parking. Marilena comes across as a very nice lady. We enjoyed our stay.
