Francesco is a really nice host. He kindly prepared breakfast for us and recommended some great restaurants, which we truly appreciated. The location is excellent—only about a 5-minute walk to the beach—and there’s also an elevator to the listing, which made it convenient. Our room was clean and had a lovely view of the mountain scenery, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would be happy to stay here again.

The location, cleanliness, stunning mountain view, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. Every detail of our stay was thoughtful and well cared for, and there was genuinely nothing we didn’t enjoy—from the comfort of the room to the warm hospitality we received.

Spacious room, comfy bed, cleanness, terrace with a view and the host, Pierfrancesco's hospitality and friendliness, he is great! Got warm croissant for breakfast along with freshly made coffee by him and while he was having a coffee with us he helped us with planning the next step of our journey with tips. He is just the most perfect host and very patient with my bad Italian. 😀 The city was empty which made us feel we had it for ourselves only, great lunch at Lo Spuntino and the most delicious pizza at Pizzeria A'Cannarutia for dinner. Can't ask for more. If you are not keen on tourists and happy with the limited choices for dining, Diamante this time is perfect and Casa di Luca adds to the local friendly experience.

Super easy to access form the train, prompt communication which is always appreciated. The room was spacious and we had our own bathroom. The owner was friendly and helpful. Thank you for breakfast :) we had a great time!

Luca is very nice and gentle host, who is supporting every kind of question and I have got a safe storage place for my bike. The apartment is located in the centre of Diamante, surrounded by many restaurants and a lot of very good street art. Recommended place!

At ’A Casa Di Luca’ I was treated as a welcome and important guest—-always! And I was an older 50-something, solo woman traveller and interrailer ’passing through’ the beautiful town of Diamante for a few days—-a town which I’d never visited or knew about previously.☺️ The place is perfectly situated—5 min. walk from the train station, 5 min. walk to the greatest beach, 5 min. walk to the old town center, 5 min. walk to the ’lungomare’—-what more does a traveller want, really? Exceptionally clean always, safe, caring and accomodating for all inquiries, be it breakfast suggestions, great restaurants, or interesting excursions, the owners, ’A Casa Di Luca’ and Luca and Luca ’know stuff’ and give you tips to make it easy for you as a curious traveler. They make you love their city just as much as they do! They also helped me with my failing Italian language training🤣.

The host was very kind and helpful. They also lend us a beach umbrella and they allowed us to use the fridge to store some fresh stuff of ours. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good.

The coffee of the breakfast wasn't top, but not a big deal.

mattress is kind of hard/stiff so when 2 people sleep on it, if one is moving it will move (wake) the other

The person who checked us in was friendly and arranged an early breakfast to be brought to our room as we had an early train to catch. The room wasn't big or particularly modern, but was comfortable and clean. We didn't spend much time in communal areas but it looked homely.
