Perfect distance from town. About a 15-20 minute walk but it’s a beautiful walk along the coastline. Being slightly out of town meant it was extra peaceful with no traffic. Beautiful private beach directly opposite hotel. Pool was immaculately clean and spacious. Cleaning was immaculate. Mattress was unbelievably comfortable. Room was perfect size. Private terrace was spacious with a jaw dropping view. Honestly, this place is an absolute gem.

The only thing I disliked was the breakfast buffet. There is a good selection but overall the quality is not deserving of a 4 star hotel in my opinion. Not a big problem, but I think it’s worth mentioning.

The hotel is decorated with great taste. I loved the pavements, the stairs, the garden with beautiful trees and flowers. The staff was very nice, helpful and available for any assistance required. Extremely pleasant place with breathtaking views on the sea and sunsets. The swimming-pool is beautiful and it's a very welcoming area. It was also extremely pleasant to enjoy the seaside with all facilities (beach chairs & umbrella) just crossing the road ; the sea is so clear and beautiful, I most enjoyed snorkelling each time we went there.

Everything was just GREAT. Just to mention if it can be improved: When you have a room (with sea view) on the 1st floor with and when there's a (noisy) group having a relaxing / funny time until midnight or event later on the ground floor outside, and that your room is just above, it might be a nuisance, but isolation was excellent so let's say this was not an important issue. On Booking.com, it is mentionned that check-in is at 2 p.m. and it is actually at 3 p.m.: Booking.com should update its information on the website. Anyway this was not an issue either, as we arrived with an anticipated check-in, and the staff was so kind so as to allow us to get the room even before 2 p.m.: thanks again ++

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, pleasantly decorated and quiet with a good balcony overlooking the beach, across the road. Breakfast was good and while the nighttime menu in the restaurant was limited and the food plain, it was cooked well and was tasty. The beach was delightful and the water warm. Eden though it was October we were able to have a drink at the beachside bar. Parking was good. We walked into town. It was a pleasant walk and the town had many murals. The esplanade was lovely stretching beside the sea.

Staff was very nice and accommodating, they provided everything we asked. Breakfast was good, bedroom was good with a very nice terrace with great sea view, which had seating and big parasol to enjoy. Beach in front with lounges, nice and calm. Had dinner at the restaurant one night, very good food and service, just keep in mind it’s a limited menu. Location is good, not as close to the centre but definitely walkable, you do have to walk a bit through the road, however being low season it was fine. Car park very convenient and always available (this could be due to not being high season yet). Would definitely repeat 😊 thanks for a lovely stay!

Someone upstairs kept moving chairs or furniture about 2am in the morning and we could hear it very loud, also smoking which meant we had to close our window. This was not the hotels fault but just to have in mind!

We went to Diamante for the Pepperoncini Festival(well worth the visit just for that) and just needed a place to stay. Hotel Ferretti was a pleasant surprise that exceeded our expectations considerably. The hotel and rooms were immaculate, we had rooms with large balconies overlooking the ocean, and it was a 10 minute walk to the center of town. The hotel caters mostly to European travelers and we were the only Americans but every staff member was very gracious and helpful even with a bit of a language challenge. The hotel has a private beach which included complimentary umbrella and beach chairs and a bar/restaurant is on the beach, as well. There are also other incredible beaches nearby and would recommend having a car if possible.

The property is very clean in a great location with own beach club and parking for guests, from the reception personnel to the head manager in the restaurant the service was outstanding, the food in the restaurant was exceptional and so was the wine from their own vineyard, will definitely be back

Everything was fine

Visiting to attend a family wedding nearby, we booked 4 rooms. Very elegant, spacious, air conditioned foyer with quirky artwork. Nice bar and bar staff were happy to serve us late at night. All allocated bedrooms were spacious, immaculately clean, well-equipped with fridge, safe, hairdryer, toiletries, etc. Cleaners swept & mopped the tiled bedroom floor daily. Although we'd requested a room on a high floor,,we were actually delighted with our room on the ground floor, near the pool, easy reach of the restaurant, with patio and outdoor furniture to enjoy our breakfasts. All staff very kind, helpful & friendly. Although no menu to be found anywhere showing daytime snacks, the restaurant staff quickly provided sandwiches upon request. On the last day I mislaid our car key and the Reception staff kindly informed the restaurant staff who then very kindly allowed us to have a hearty breakfast even though they'd closed. Lovely spacious pool with plenty of loungers, reclining chairs and parasols. Nice coastline just across the road.

Hotel facilities list states 'iron available' but it is literally just one iron and no ironing board so it was quite hard work ironing men's shirts and wedding suits on the bed, especially under duress knowing that other wedding guests wanted to use the iron too. It would be handy if there was a menu to show what snacks and sandwiches are available during the day.

We love this hotel, our second visit and hopefully will go again. The staff are friendly a the place is spotless. Great Aperol Spritz and Pina Coladas! Prices are good too. Just across the road from the beach and the beautiful clear water of the sea and 15 minute walking distance to the centre of Diamante.

The breakfasts were filling, but unfortunately this year the dinner menu was not so good and we only ate there one evening. Also if you don't like fish or pasta there is not much to offer.

Great hotel right by the beach! Easy to access the pool from the rooms. Everything was really clean and the breakfast was really good. We stayed here for a wedding at Itacarè as it was just a few minutes walk away!

Would’ve been nice for the pool to be heated as it was quite cold.

The location was excellent. Right across the road from the beach. I loved that we had access to beach chairs and umbrellas. Our room was comfortable and we had a huge terrace which looked out to the sea. Piero at the front desk was so professional, polite and friendly.
