I used the location and the hotel as starting point of several travels between Genova and Nizza and it was a great choice. The hotel is a small boutique hotel run by very communicative and helpful couple. The owners speak German and English in top of Italian and are helpful with their suggestions and views on travel schedules and destinations. Very good choice for breakfast, great cookies handmade by the lady owner every day. The entire hotel incl. room and breakfast area were very clean and in good shape. Whenever we came back late evenings to the hotel, there was always warm water in the shower. The hotel doesn't have air condition. If anyone uses for the night the lack of it could be difficult. By opened windows (shutters play their role against mosquitos) there is a noise from the neighboring highway. A short driving distance to the beach. Both latter were not relevant to me. Very convenient private parking area. I spent at the hotel 5 nights and would definitely repeat the choice while planning next trip to the Ligurian seaside.

Nice hotel on the hill above Diano Marina. Very good breakfast. Great view from the terrace while enjoying breakfast. Very friendly owner who gives personal attention to the guests. Great value, we enjoyed our time very much.

Only small disadvantage is that you can hear the car noise from the freeway at night if the windows are open.

Location wise a car is a must. A drive to the city center literally takes 2 minutes, though. Somewhat basic accomodations. Very basic breakfast focused on biscuits, few served fruits are not fresh.

Nice welcome and helpful people. Very clean. The landscape and decoration of the property was wonderful. Even not having see view.

Very thin walls, you hear from neighbors everything. the balcony is not very privat.

Very good location, outside of the crowded town, on the hills surrounding Diano Marina, but at a short distance from the sea and the city center. Ideal also for excursions to the hills and small ancient towns around. Breakfast was excellent, service impeccable, good cleaning

TV set and wiFi could have been better, but we were not looking for TV. The rest all more than ok
