The location is perfect and the facilities are convenient. The beach is great and the staff is always pleasant.,

There were parts of my room that haven’t been clean for a very long time , also it is looking like the rooms needs some renewal or maintenance. It’s bed. 2 years since our last visit. The new location of the restaurant is not as pleasant and the variety of food is not the sane. The grilled food was burnt most days, so we went out for dinner somewhere else. There’s a new room for games which is good but it also attracts people with less interesting profiles. If go visit, chose the resort - it’s better overall!

Beautiful territory with a lot of trees and flowers. Comfortable and quite rooms. Very good dinner. Selection for the breakfast was the same for every day but more then enough to start the day. Fantastic beach and restaurant nearby to have lunch.

I wouldn't say that this is disadvantage but rather detail you should be aware of. To get to the beach you need to wait for hotel transfer that takes place more or less every 15 mins or walk for 10-15 mins to the beach by yourself.

The food was great.

Not much to do, hotel staff had difficulty keeping up with number of guests. The beach accommodations were poor, old and dirty canopies and chairs. No service from staff at beach. Limited lunch options with overcrowded guests. Transport to and from beach was untimely. Spa is not included with stay, marketing was deceptively made. Water in the mini fridge ran me a fortune, also was not made clear that we would be charged for such.

The environment of the Hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly

The hotel could pay more attention to the quality of its cook, the food in the evenings was very tasteless every single evening For the price that the hotel is asking for, they could better equip the sunbeds on the beach because they were very uncomfortable compared to the white sunbeds of the Conrad

Fantastic place with fantastic people! The village is beautiful and very well maintained, the sea looks like deep blue-green jelly, and the food is delicious and abundant. What truly makes the difference, however, are the people: Penka and Šmaglio with their warm smiles and professionalism at every meal, and Alice who made us sweat (and smile!) with her fun fitness activities, always full of grace and energy. We also have to thank the head housekeeping lady, always kind and attentive, together with Mrs. Franca who even helped us look for my daughter’s necklace (later found at home!!). And of course Antonio, always cheerful and available, driving around with his golf cart. Everyone was simply amazing — we will definitely come back! Galassia&Anno

The overall property was v nice. We had a duplex room which had an upstairs room for the children - a v nice setup. The beach was very pretty though quite busy, about 10 mins away from the hotel with their one little train (which runs every 15 mins) The dinner was excellent (we had the half board option), with lots of choice and good quality food.

The swimming pool area is quite small, given how many people there are in the resort. They also have a lot of random rules which make the place seem not quite high end. E.g. children can’t jump in the swimming pool; you can only get 1 towel per day (which means someone needs to write it all down in a sheet - is this not as resource intensive as letting guests have however many towel a day they need!?); the beach has a bizzare system of towel stands and beach areas being split according to which room you had booked (it didn’t really bother us because we only went in the afternoon when it wasn’t busy, but again it gives it a feel a cheap and petty).

We loved everything about this hotel and enjoyed a super family holiday at Chia Laguna. We were upgraded to two connecting double rooms which provided us with loads of space. The cleaning team were superb. The swimming pool was immaculate and never too busy. The lifeguards always made sure the loungers were clean and the swimming pool area tidy. We used the 25m lap lane in the beach side swimming pool to train is during our stay and it was perfect for our requirements. The bars were very well stocked with both drinks, coffees and ice cream options. All the meals we enjoyed at the resort were delicious. A great variety of food and the outdoor BBQ each evening was a plus point for us. The boys enjoyed the football court and the arcade room. I enjoyed the boutique shop and having a pharmacy on site is always handy. The nearby beach offered beautiful sand and warm waters. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will return.

The resort was clean and housekeeping was amazing and left a happy anniversary note for us in our room. The food was good. However some staff are better than others Fabio went above and beyond when a different manager wasn’t willing to listen to my complaint that the meat (pork being served was all fat) Fabio listened and got the chef out to see what the staff were doing and then we had pork that was unfatty served to us. The staff were kind and helpful. The beach bar was amazing xx

Almost everything was perfect. The staff were very professional and helpful, the grounds were lush and well-maintained, the beach was beautiful, and the dinners were delicious.

There was a corporate event with extremely loud music that lasted until midnight. The hotel buildings are arranged around the swimming pool, and the event took place near the pool. In our room, it felt like we were right in the middle of a disco. What bothers me most is that someone in hotel management decided that the party was more important than the well-being of other guests, including both adults and children.
