The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a comfy bed and a lovely sitting area. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and feels new and well cared for. The atmosphere throughout is warm and welcoming, and all the staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of the old town, yet tucked away on a quiet side street. Coffee shops and main sights are just a short walk away. The private parking directly opposite the hotel was a real plus and very convenient. A truly amazing place to stay in the city centre. I highly recommend Residenza La Ceramica!

The only small improvement I would suggest is to offer a duvet with a cover instead of the large blanket, which tended to slide off the bed. It would make an already excellent stay even more comfortable.

We've stayed here a few times and we love the location, easy parking right opposite the property in a secure open carpark. The decor is also really lovely and a pleasant surpirse compared to other hotels in Fabriano. The breakfast options are yummy, great coffee and friendly and professional staff who know hospitality and how to welcome people.

The room we were in, Pechino, was a lovely room however there is a generator outside one of the windows. Even though, being winter, we had the windows closed, it still started up in the early hours of the morning, waking my husband. We have stayed in this room before in the summer and asked specifically for a room not near this generator and the front desk staff assured us that it wouldn't be operating as it was an air-conditioner generator and wouldn't be active in the winter. It was... Maybe the generator we heard (in the summer I couldn't sleep it was so loud!) is from something else? It doesn't deter us from staying at this hotel though as everything else so lovely, staff included! Hope that we don't get that room again though...

Superlative. The staff were exceptional, embodying everything that hospitality is supposed to be - friendly, attentive (without being overbearing), informative, and kind. The common areas were spotless, arranged perfectly, and showed an attention to detail in the design and maintenance that is rare to see. The room was exceptionally comfortable, again, extremely clean, and with premium bath fixtures, towels, and toiletries.

No insect screens on the windows which is fairly standard in Italy, but still, it would have been nice to open the windows at night instead of using the air conditioning.

My room was very beautiful and very spacious. Everything in the room was of good taste and quality. The hotel is really very beautifully done and the location is perfect, in a small quiet side street in the middle of the old city. Coffee shops and site seeing a very short walk away. Staff communication and friendliness was exceptional. I highly recommend Residenza La Ceramica

Amazing hotel in the city centre, very nice design, great room, parking spot on site. Super friendly and helpful staff. There were some renovations going on at the time of our stay (didn't effect guests at all), so the breakfast was served in the room, which was very nice (we could choose from the menu the night before). Big bathroom, walk-in shower.

A lovely location close to the town centre. Each of the rooms is named rather than numbered. The breakfast was good, with a choice of various foods. It was lovely to have the drinks made for you, rather than use a machine.

super beautiful Hotel , interior design , with spacious rooms , comfortable bed and mattress, plies are wonderful too. great shower ! a nice breakfast with fresh pastries and cakes home made and fresh orange juice under request . cappuccino is done as well good and you have a parking in front of the hotel . totally well positioned in the center .

We have taken this time an huge suite ! Every detail of the hotel has a thought behind ! The hotel looks after his guests attentively! Design is splendid ! Parking right in front of the hotel ! Good smelling fresh towels , large shower cabin and strong pressure. Coffe machine in the suite plus minibar ! Breakfast is great with a lot of home made things include yogurt .

Cannot fault this hotel. Perfect position in the town with amply private parking opposite the hotel. All the staff so polite and helpful..The atmosphere everywhere in the hotel so wonderful..Very spacious room with very large bed and a sitting area.. Shower to die for.
