It was one of the best places we have stayed in Italy over last few years. First of all, Fabriano is a very quiet, charming and very interesting city indeed, far from large city rumours and traffic. In this B&B we have found calm, relax and comfort in a very city center. The owner is a very nice and helpful person, who takes a heartfelt care of her guests. She does also prepare very good italian breakfasts. Quiet, cozy, relaxing place to stay I can only strongly recommend.

Everything was just fine.

Generally speaking, it was a good stay.

My only concern was related to the noise coming from air conditioning and to some guests speaking loudly, late in the night.

I don’t stay in many many nice places, but this was a very nice place. The mom, will try to please you and is very conscientious of you.

I don’t know what could have been better.

It was a quiet location and it was as if we were staying in our own homes. The staff were friendly, very helpful, prompt in replying and nothing more to add!

A very cute and cosy bed and breakfast. We received great communication prior to arrival and were welcomed when we arrived. The room was very comfortable and we were blown away by the diverse breakfast the next morning.

Everything: from the room to the breakfast, everything was very nice and well presented. Highly recommended.
