You can use a numerical system to grade a place and yet you will miss everything. you can drop points for some minor thing like soap dish location and create a feeling that the place is not good. So the way to best describe our experience is that my spouse simply said that she is so happy we chose this place.

The position was confortable to visit Genga ( frasasssi & valadier temple) , although located on a street in the middle of nowhere . the swimmingpool is nice and gives on a very nice backyard and room are spacious. Clean and quiet location for the weekend. It is good but not exceptional. Breakfast offers many variety, but standad quality nothing special.

We had a small dog. I read it was open to animal with a small surcharge. I called also in advance to check again if it was ok and the amount additional which was not specified on the web. They said paying 10€ additional fee was ok to bring it on, no issues, so we felt comfortable taking him with us. Pity that only when arrived there they told us we could not take the dog into the swimming pool close to the relax area, but he could stay only on the real grass. Ok, it was no issue, we understood it, however when we got to the swimming pool we realised that there was no way to lie on a beach chair on the grass behind ad enjoy the pool as we had to sit back on small tables and no facilities to lie down. Therefore, it was not so comfortable to enjoy the pool. Upon check out, we also asked to stay a bit more to enjoy the pool and also if the answer was positive they underline that we could stay only 1 hour after the check out time ( 11:30), which usually it is not like that in many other facilities, so if you expect that please be aware it is not the right place to ( Also consider that the check in is 16:00 and out at 10:30 am,). Bathroom WC had to be fixed but again it was all very clean.

I didn’t like the fact that to get in the pool we needed to wear a swimming hat so that the pool doesn’t get dirty with our hair, when the swimming pool was dirty. I also did not like the fact that nobody really spoke English and when I asked for the free hats the lady looked at me in a funny way and in addition the lady said “mama Mia” when looked at my husband which I find disrespectful and unprofessional. when we were searching for a hotel the pictures indicated that the place offers food but they actually had only breakfast and I bought a bottle of water that on the menu it was showing 2,50€ but they charged me 3€.
