Wonderful, tranquil location on the hills close to Ancona. Spotlessly clean, large rooms in a recently and beautifully refurbished two stories house. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful, it was a real pleasure chatting with them in the morning over breakfast (home made, high quality, served on the outside patio) or in the evening with glass of Verdicchio wine. Magnificent house and surroundings! Felt like in a movie. Our room consisted of bedroom and separate room with a view.. all beautifully furnished. High quality breakfast (own bread, self made cake and marmalade’s..) and a very helpful and welcoming hosts. Honestly you cannot wish for more!

The location has stunning views and multiple outdoor spaces. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and spacious. Breakfast was a gorgeous arrray of homemade local food.

We are used to white roads in Le Marche, but this one had some deep ruts that made travelling it a little tricky.

Even more beautiful in person! The perfect place to enjoy a sunset in Le Marche. We enjoyed the two best meals of our trip, thanks to Mariacarla's restaurant recommendations, and appreciated her offer to call and make any reservations for us. A convenient drive to the Frassassi Caves and Temple of Valadier, which were the highlights of our trip. We appreciated being able to practice some Italian during our stay, and the owners kindly spoke to us in English as well. Grazie di tutto! 

A beautifully located, lovingly renovated property in the middle of the Marche. We could reach numerous destinations from there in a short time. Our host Marco was super friendly and helpful, be it with reservations, restaurant recommendations or excursion tips. The super delicious breakfast could be put together individually and many products came directly from Marco's fruit and vegetable garden. On the beautiful terrace with great views over the valley, you could wonderfully end the day with a glass of white wine of the region. Our large room and almost as large bathroom were very high quality furnishings and very cozy. Our stay was really wonderful and we would come back anytime! Many thanks again to Marco for the warm hospitality!

The house and it’s surroundings are beautiful and well kept. The house is super clean. Our room was big and airy with lots of windows and breathtaking views of the Italian countryside. The bed was comfortable and the shower was wonderful. The breakfast the host prepared was fresh and delicious. We would definitely recommend this B&B.

The property is set in a beautiful location- really only accessible by car. The views were outstanding and the hosts were welcoming and very hospitable. The breakfast was outstanding - beautiful fresh products from the area.

There are very few places to eat in the area and so you need to think ahead as the property does not offer dinner.

Quiet and comfortable rooms. House with a beautiful view on the hills. Very good breakfast. You can park in front of the house. The hosts can help you choose a restaurant if needed. Located close to beautiful villages and hiking trails.

The driveway is steep, but this is not a problem.

Brilliant room - really efficient & booked us into an excellent restaurant in the old city. Nothing was too much trouble.
