Of the 18 hotels I checked into during a recent trip thru Italy, Elisabetta at Reception was far and away the most pleasant person I encountered. This is not a knock on the other 17, just a statement of how enjoyable it was to be greeted by Elisabetta after a long day of travel. She was very helpful, offering dinner suggestions since the hotel's restaurant was closed that evening. She possesses a natural charm and grace, and was just a pleasure to meet and interact with. Her near perfect English was another plus.

The hotel restaurant being closed for dinner could have been a problem, but one of the alternatives Elisabetta suggested (La Scaletta in Genga) turned out to be one of the best dinners I had during the trip.

Very friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable and well kept facilities and rooms, good parking opportunities, and good location close to the magnificent Frasassi caves and to walks in the area (car or bike usually needed).

The hotel was excellent. We were not able to use the restaurant as it did not have much choice for vegetarians ( at the time of writing).

+ Location was perfect to visit the Frasassi Caves + Hotel Staff was very helpful and polite. They helped us in planning our visit to the caves (due to bad weather, few roads were closed), thanks to the kind lady at the reception, everything went well for us. + Room was big and clean + Restaurant downstairs was excellent and prices were quite fair + Breakfast was decent + Google maps showed us the right way too + Safe parking place available free of cost

this is not a 4 star hotel. the pool is open to the public and very crowded. the rooms small and with no view. it is close to the road so you here passing cars. the spa is basic and also open to the the public.

location was beautiful.

The pool was perfect with stunning views. The staff were excellent and very approachable.

The air conditioning was useless, we mentioned it to the staff but the age of the hotel reflected the efficiency or inefficiency of the air conditioning-it was 36 degrees outside and our room was 26 degrees-none of us slept because of the heat. Due to a wedding we were limited to how long we could stay by the pool, which was a bit of a shame.

It was close to the Frasassi caves that was our target location. It was clean and well air conditioned and a very nice hotel with spa and swimming pool and internal restaurant

Almost nothing was included in the price. Any facility had an added cost
