Anna, our host, and her family, were delightful and generous with their time answering all our questions and introducing us to their pets. They also allowed us to check out late and to use their pool which was much appreciated. The breakfast (home-made preserves and pastries by Anna and her daughter) were delicious and throughout our stay there were many personal touches, including a small 'leaving present' that Anna gave us. We would not hesitate to recommend staying with Anna and her family if you like pets and want to meet an Umbrian resident. We would love to come back.

We arrived at Fabro Ficulle station by train so needed to get a taxi to reach Anna's home which is up a hill. There was only one taxi driver who had some trouble finding the house, but once we arrived we had a warm welcome. The taxi issues were nothing to do with Anna or our stay, but the hill that leads up to her property is steep so would not suit someone who has mobility issues if they had to walk up it. Just something to keep in mind.

This B and B is a gem! In a small town, quiet and peaceful. We arrived after a day of sightseeing and driving to be able to jump into the swimming pool to cool off. The room was cool and comfortable. We slept well with no interruptions. Breakfast was al fresco on the porch on a beautiful sunny day. Everything was homemade, croissants, jams, peach cake, fresh fruit and coffee! Excellent! Close to Orvieto where we visited the next day. Our host was kind and looked after all our needs.

Beatiful olive groves and vineyards morning landscape followed the noiseless Umbria night... Ana payed maximum attention to us (my mom didn't feel well) despite a busy schedule running the house, caring lovely pets, helping neighbours. A wounderful family to keep in your memory. The room is spotless, spacious, convenient, and nicely isolated by individual stairs. Home-made croissants were delicious, and fresh-made olive oil tasting was a bonus.

The arrival was a bit challenging as Google Maps didn't know the right route. Finally, Ana found us at the crossroad and navigated safely. Check your navigator knows the whole way, and message Ana if not.

Ana and her husband are exceptional hosts. The location is quiet and also ideal for a nightly stop during a trip along the A1 highway, as being few minutes from Fabro exit.

Excellent location, amazing breakfast and lovely people. Super comfy bed. We will definitely come back.
