Lovely and comfortable hotel nestled in Fai della Paganella, very close to Andalo. We stayed 3 nights and was probably our best accomodation so far in Italy. We had a pretty large room with a huge bed, a sofa, tv and a bathroom with a bath. The bathroom was spotless clean with plenty of towels and sanitary supplies. Our favourite spot tho was the balcony which was facing the Paganella mountain. We would spend the afternoons and evenings watching the spectacular dance of the clouds. Breakfast was plentiful, it had a variety of pastires, jams, juices, coffee, cold cuts and fruit salad and they provided fresh scrambled eggs if asked. All in all, at Arcobaleno we had everything that we needed and would love to return on our future journeys. It was totally amazing!

No veggies/salads at breakfast

There were great breakfast and even more better the dinner - the chef make a really delicious meals. Always can choose from 2- 3 dishes on each course. The stuff were really kind and pretty helpful. The location of the hotel was 50 meters from the ski bus and we can say it is 5 minutes from the Ski lift (Sante). The view from our room was marvellous to the mountains (of course Fai della Paganella) and even could see some ski piste. There is lift (elevator) so easily could reach the lower floors. You could enjoy the wellness with sauna, steam room and jakuzzi - also could find nice resting place. If you interested you coud use massage after a tired day. In the sum of everything We probably will visit again this nice place.

Absolutely everything, it’s a family hotel where you can just see in every single service and detail how much they care, it has the most wonderful staff ever, la Sig.ra Maria at the bar makes the best cappuccino ever, rooms are spacious, perfectly cleaned each day, super comfortable beds with amazing pillows and a balcony with a breathtaking view. The hotel is extremely well located near to all attractions, it has a children’s play room that my 5 year old really enjoyed, breakfast was great with a wide variety of local pastries, jams and cheeses, yogurt, cereal, milks, granola, syrups, pancakes, nutella, hard, scrambled or fried eggs, wide variety of drinks, seriously anything you want, not the plain Italian breakfast. The bar was great too, staff recommended restaurants and activities even before our arrival, in my opinion the price-quality relationship is ridiculous because you pay a small price for what you get. We loved this hotel and if we ever go back to trentino we will certainly stay here again. Complimenti a tutto lo staff!

Everything was great!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really felt welcome at Arcobaleno. We stayed 3 nights and every evening they have a different menu in their restaurant. The food is very good! If we hadn’t planned our next hotel, we would definitely stayed here a few more nights!

The rooms and restaurant could get a little warm, so an airconditioning would be nice to cool it a bit off.

The staff was very kind, friendly and smiley. The view is breathtaking. We also enjoyed the SPA and breakfast. Highly recommended.

Everything was great. If I have to say something that I didnt like, I can say that it gets a bit noisy in the morning, if you have a very light sleep like me, especially because guests are inconsiderate and shout from one balcony to the other. But the view makes up for any noise from impolite guests...

The accommodation is in a great location, just two minutes from the slope with a car. The food was great, breakfast and dinner were plentiful. They also had a gluten-free option. The room equipment is a bit older but the mattress is very comfortable. I must not forget the wonderful and kind staff, I think the staff is the treasure of this accommodation.

I enjoyed the location of the hotel because it’s situated nearly on the highest place of the Fai della Paganella and also with the nice view of the mountains from the balcony. And It’s 1 km far from the Dolomiti Paganella bike park where we was every day. There is also a garage for bicycles with some tools. The Staff of the hotel was allways very nice. They help us with everything.

Hotel has great location , very close to ski slopes ( 3 stops by skibus). Rooms have great view fm balcony , everything was perfectly clean and comfortable. We had halfboard and food was delicious!!! Also stuff and everybody in hotel were very friendly and ready to help with anything. We spent amazing Christmas time there 💖🎄🎅 !!!

Frienly stuff, can solve everything!!! Nice view, even one part of the slope can see from our balcony. Cleaning in rooms every day. They have heated ski storage, and we could put warm ski boots on in the morning 😀! The dishes were really good!!! We love that place! Most probably visit again! Thanks!!!!

The rooms are great, but they could be more space for storing ski stuff.
