The sauna and steam room facility were good. The restaurant is good but on the expensive side. Being Italy you can get great food almost anywhere.

The swimmingpool unfortunately was cold, and my 2 years old daughet could not stand there (we usually go to hotels with spa in austria and Germany where the water (usually, not always) is warm). The restaurant is good but on the expensive side. There is a dangerous setup close to the lifts, where achildren can walk over the dive of the panoramic one and can fall in the lift space. I mentioned to the management and they say they will sort it out. but please watch out for your kids!!!

Very professional and friendly staff, always willing to help. Our room was very large, cozy, the furniture seemed new. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were clean. We also liked the fact that the hotel is close to the highway and that a (top level) restaurant was available.

Everything was superb, but if we have to look for something we did not like, I have to mention mattress (too soft) and pillow (too stiff)

Everything was super and impeccable service at reception, breakfast room, restaurant, sauna area, and cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general.

Prices in the restaurant, a bit on the high side, especially the antipasti and the first plate.

Restaurant was good and so was the buffet breakfast.

I had to transfer rooms because the safe was broken in my room. It appeared someone had broken into the safe which made me concerned. The housekeepers were too pushy keeping a close look at me when I transferred rooms and when checking packing to check out. There was a wedding which closed the main restaurant my last night stay. The parking spots on your lot are way too small to get in and out of.

I was surprised by the warm reception and the amenities. It is a simple hotel but it does not lack anything. I planned staying one night to avoid driving tired after my MBA session, and I was mildly attracted by the positive reviews of other users, to which normally I give very superficial attention as they tend not to be too useful. However, in this case they were spot on. It may not be a Hilton but you also don’t pay like the Hilton. I would stay here again, even for a longer period. The real surprise is the attached restaurant, to which I didn’t give much credit at the beginning but which was indeed packed with guests (I could only find a seat without reservation because I was alone and a hotel guest). I was attracted by the “pizza gourmet” with tuna and late radicchio, and was stunning. I loved the tiramisu (to which they claim some form of paternity, although other parts of Italy will disagree). I even got to use the fitness room. Overall very positive stay and will come again.

If I have to find something, the TV has channels all screwed out, almost impossible to go beyond some crap Italian channel. I don’t normally watch TV at all so this does not bother me too much - at hotels I tend to tune to BBC or CNN when getting out of bed, but not a big issue for me.

Cleanliness. The Pizzeria Restaurant was great. The reception excellent.

Breakfast buffet was very limited choice.

Exceptional hospitality, the hotel was perfect, liked everything about the Hotel, will come again. Also to mention it’s worth a visit to the spar and I recommend the massage, it’s the best, also the restaurant is good also.

Very clean, large room, comfortable bed, efficient air conditioning, very enjoyable spa with sauna and pool, excellent restaurant, parking in front of the hotel.

Awesome queen size bed. Big bathroom. Nice breakfast. And SPA. Unfortunately, I didn't visit it.
