The location was perfect for us as a base to explore the Majella National Park and several surrounding towns. Pietro was the most wonderful host, giving us recommendations for hikes, places to go, and loaning us bikes to use. The apartment was perfect and the balcony view was stunning and a wonderful way to wake up every day for our morning coffee and tea. We visited early in the season so had the entire place to ourselves with the town still pretty quiet, but we’re lucky to have beautiful weather and an incredible stay. We can highly recommend La Piazzetta for anyone looking for a good base near the Majella mountains to explore Abruzzo.

Location was excellent. Less than 300 steps down to the town square. The host was exceptional. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. Would definitely come again and also recommend to others

As we said we liked everything. If we wanted to nitpick we could have done with a light over the hob/oven or kitchen sink for when the evenings got dark, but it certainly didnt spoil our stay in any way, but could be a useful addition.

Pietro was a great host. We had a lovely time there. The view was magnificent. The town was very nice and clean. Hansel and Gretel was a great place to get coffee and pastries in the morning. The property was very clean and well maintained. The elevator was a god send.

Perfect location to explore this town and the surrounding area. The views from the balcony is fantastic! Very comfortable apartment with a full kitchen. The bed was comfortable as well. The owner was a kind and patient as anyone I’ve met Definitely would recommend!!

The main attraction for us upon booking was the swimming pool and we weren't disappointed. We had the whole pool to ourselves and the owner kindly let us borrow a couple of towels as we were travelling light and had left ours at home. The beds and bathroom were clean while the kitchen area was basic and functional. The bedroom opened out onto a balcony where we could sit and eat breakfast with a view over the mountains.

I totally recommend this place. We had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed it a lot. We have been there before and will definitely go back again. Everything was perfect and Pietro the owner of the place is the best host.

Beautiful view of the mountains. Check in was easy and parking was just outside the property. There was a lovely verandah outside to relax on. Everything was comfortable and all essentials were provided. We would stay here again.

The location is excellent, easy to navigate the town and the views from our balcony stunning. The owners are very hospitable and friendly with our bad Italian we got there in the end. Perfect base to explore the area.

We stayed only for one night as it was our mid travel stay point, but the views and the charm of the town want you to stay longer. Everything was good, clean apartment, easy communication with the host. Pool with brilliant view. Grazie mille.
