Amazing small hotel in Abruzzo. Beautiful hotel surroundings, amazing pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast and absolutely fabulous dinner, consisting of local specialties. It is quite close to the sea, but also to the mountains. The Majella National Park is nearby, where you can do amazing hikes.

Some might mind that the hotel is in the countryside and you can't get anywhere without a car. We arrived by car, that no problems.

For my purpose - business the location is perfect but for a tourist the location is 30 mins to Sea 30 mins to mountains. Lots of National Parks in easy reach Best of all thanks to Carlo the food is exceptional.

Being fairly old they don't have a lift. There is however no problem, they simply do all my case carrying. with out complaint.

The hotel is perfect for our family visit. The staff is very nice and the breakfast is good. Due to the weather the swimming pool was closed but I would love to use it in the summer.

Breakfast was good but the dinner was absolutely amazing food. Staff and owner are very kind and accommodating and we would absolutely recommend Altamira to anyone! Thank you for a perfect stay in Orsogna!!

Everything was perfect. No complaint.

The food was definitely the best feature of our stay. We've had two dinners at the hotel, and I highly recommend having your meals there! Also, a lovely dinner setting by the pool with some very competent staff. Very enjoyable.

The rooms are quite tired, and the A/C was very noisy. This hotel would need some TLC aka €€ to invest into the rooms.
