This is a perfect 10 hotel. My very personal best of all. I would surely stay again once I will be in Valle d'Aosta. The view from the balcony towards the majestic Alp mountains and Fenis castle is breath-taking. I am still see it on my dreams. I am rather hard on my evaluation at general but believe my Genius level 3 status and take my word for it. If in July the spectacle and the whole hotel experience was flawless imagine what it will happen in wintertime when Valle d'Aosta puts "its nicest clothes on"... I will be a repeater. We were en route from Switzerland to Milan and this was a perfect spot for stopping in. The room was great for our stay, the beds were comfy and the views from the window (castle side) was amazing. There is a carpark and a public toilet opposite which I was unsure of, as there was an event on in the local park, but it was all very quiet and peaceful even when everyone was leaving the fete! We had dinner and breakfast which was very tasty and plentiful. The staff did an amazing job as they had a coach-load staying but that didn't have any impact on their efficiency and friendliness. There isn't a kettle/drinks in the room but there is a cosy bar downstairs and space to sit outside too so that was perfect for us.

Pretty location, rustic, very friendly staff and very clean. Comfortable rooms, really lovely.

The only thing is we booked last minute on route and missed the deadline for booking restaurant by 5pm and although they had availability in the room, they didn’t appear to have enough food for 3 more guests. Egg and chips would have sufficed after long travel and we were forced to go out and find a restaurant which was pet friendly. Maybe in future a simple provision for omelettes or something very simple should be made available for late bookers on route, otherwise lovely and would stay there again !

Very satisfied with the service and kindness of staff. We were not aware of the concept of Alberto Etico when booking, but we experienced the normality of inclusion. It appears natural as it can be, the service personal kind and customer oriented, very professional! Had a great time and will recommend you! Thank to the hotel team!

Hotel was nice, like waking up in a postcard with the views. Field out the back of the hotel which was great for giving the dog a good run and ball chase, Espresso was outstanding and breakfast very nice. The staff were very friendly. WiFi was useless but mobile reception excellent

We've stayed at this hotel a few times now (and will again!), and each time it's been great. Very comfortable, dinner menu is quite simple and somewhat traditional, and the food was very nice. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful. Lovely views from the balcony. Great location, convenient for the autostrada.

Only a very minor thing against, but the wifi is a bit flaky. OK for normal email and web browsing, but anything requiring a bit more bandwidth like streaming tended to intermittently struggle a bit.

A quiet place, large clean room with a large balcony and a nice view, staff ok, decent breakfast, could be better... I just spent the night in tranzit but I think there are places to see and activities to be done in the area.

Hotel was easily accessed from the motorway. Our room had a mountain view and had a small balcony. Breakfast had a large variety of continental options. Staff were very attentive in the breakfast room and helpful.

Staff at the reception and those serving breakfast were very gentle, polite and helpful

At times, WiFi on the second floor (room 19) was inconsistent

Very convenient location- Near Fenis castle in a quit environment but few minutes from the autostrada. Nice room, very clean. All the members of the staff are always smiling and giving you the feeling you are at their home and not a guest in hotel. Free parking.

I will be happy if they could provide more vegetables at the breakfast
