Welcoming, friendly and accomodating staff were great. Really attentive shuttle service for skiing. Outside sauna was better than inside because of immersion in nature. Well designed. Good breakfast.

Kids, but thats not the property’s fault.

We stayed with our dog for one night during a multi-day hike, and it was by far the best hotel we stayed at in the area. The rooms are stunning, with two levels (duplex), and pets are welcome — for an extra fee, but they get a nice bed, bowls, and treats. The breakfast had an incredible array of buffet options, as well as some "a la carte" dishes which were incredible (I still remember the french toast in particular). More importantly, the staff is super helpful — we needed a taxi on our departure day to avoid an extra long hike, and since no taxis were available until the afternoon, they made an exception and drove us to our destination in their private shuttle car. We'll definitely be staying there again, and hopefully for more than just one day to make the most of the amazing spa, indoor swimming pool, and to try the indoor rock climbing center!

Aethos Monterosa is a very good property in a stunning location. The Monterosa ski area exceeded our expectations in terms of snow quality, grooming and lack of crowds. The hotel provides an extremely convenient shuttle service to the two main lifts in Champoluc and Frachey. The breakfast is very good and the staff was very diligent in providing good recommendations for dinner in the surrounding area.

The interior of the hotel is slightly off with the Aethos brand - some decor was kept from the previous hotel manager and it doesn’t seem to fit. While the staff is extremely nice, we found service to be somewhat inconsistent - nothing that some training won’t fix.

The hotel is in a beautiful location in Champoluc. The rooms are spacious, super comfortable with great amenities and beautiful views of the mountains.The spa is excellent and the food was very good. I had a wonderful stay and I will return.

I enquired about extending my stay directly through the hotel although I could have easily done it via this platform. I was offered a family suite although the deluxe suite was available and the price was 5 times higher!. I wonder why and I feel disappointed as it reflects badly on the hotel which is very good.

Everything was perfect! Location stunning, amenities amazing, food incredible, staff so friendly! We loved our stay!

We had super nice dog friendly room which was great, but I think someone before us had their dog left in bathroom as door has massive scratch marks, not an issue, just something we noticed. And other little thing, we had amazing dinner at their Japanese restaurant, again, very delicious and great but food was coming out very fast and we asked to have a little break for the main course as we had many starters, which they did pause then but it must have been made as the main course was a little bit on colder side. Not a huge thing, just something to note for future.

We had a wonderful stay at Aethos Monterosa. Highlights being the amazing design of the hotel (there is a climbing wall inside!) and the staff's kindness. The breakfast is lovely so is the spa. We would love to come back soon!

Nothing at all! We just hope the future work they are doing to the hotel and adding more rooms will not deteriorate the facilities availability! It was great that the hotel didn't feel too "busy".

Very nice hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. Very spacious rooms! Family-friendly, there is even a climbing wall in the hotel and also at the pool they have all the accessories for the kids. Also, you are very close to 2 major lifts, a 2-minute drive and they offer a shuttle service, which is included.

Although the food is nice in both of the restaurants in the hotel, it is a bit expensive by local standards.

Comfortable property, beautifully designed, very well thought out comfortable rooms for families or other. Great pool. Nice lounge areas. Friendly staff.

Lack of toilet roll in rooms. Service for breakfast and dinner was inconsistent, maybe some training required.

Fantastic designed modern hotel with great facilities. Staff were great and very obliging. Pool and outdoor sauna/hot tub were great after a ski day. Pick up and drop off service into village was a bonus especially for tired legs after a ski day Rock climbing wall was a bonus.

we had big problem with the payment! we paid twice the amount, first after recieved mail from booking.com. and second in hotel who said not having payment. The customer service of booking is a real disaster, very hard to communicate with them. after two weeks still not solved! bitter end of very nice holiday
