We had a lovely stay! The host was very kind and welcoming, which made us feel at home. We really loved the location – the area is peaceful and charming, with a beautiful little courtyard and a quiet, almost timeless atmosphere. It’s just a short walk to the breathtakingly beautiful old town, which we absolutely fell in love with. The whole town had a very special and relaxed vibe that really stuck with us.

The room was quite damp – we noticed it in the air, the bedding, and even our clothes. Also, the space was a bit tight for the three of us with a small child, but since we stayed only for two nights, it worked out fine.

The location in Finalborgo was excellent - a 5 minute walk into the old town and about a 1.2 km walk to the sea (or you could catch the bus). The hosts were outstanding. We arrived late and it was no trouble. The host even insisted on giving up her dinner reservation for us at a brilliant restaurant in town. Breakfast was great with home made Italian apple cake and other treats. The rooms were spotless and beautifully set up. Parking is not easy in Finalborgo so being able to leave our cars at the B&B and walk everywhere was great - the driveway was quite tight for larger cars but once there the parking was fine. The host has set this up very well with pleasant outdoor areas to eat breakfast or to sit and have a drink. I normally struggle to know whether to give an establishment a 7 or 8 or sometimes even a 9 but this place is clearly a 10. Finalborgo was an unexpected gem but a word of warning - stay here and not down the road by the sea at the slightly tacky Finalmarina.

Absolutely nothing - this place is lovely.

We were welcome very kindly and received many suggestions from the hosts. The recommended restaurants and places were as great as described. The room was quite new with comfortable beds, a lot of space and a nice bathroom. The breakfast was delicious with self made jam and a good variaty to choose from. Additionally the garden was very nice and within 5 minutes walking distance you could reach the center of Finalborgo with the restaurants and shops. Thank you for the amazing time.

Overall a really nice B&B and staff. Good to have a car parking and the possibility to clean and park my bike in a safe place. You can arrive in Final Borgo with 5 mins walk. All around and amizing landscape.

Nothing I didn't like. Improvements should come from breakfast with more salty foods (ex. eggs or vegetables). View of my room was not good, but not all the rooms are like that. I rated the value as good an not excellent just because I did the reservations few days in advance and the prices where really high.

What a great place to stay! The family is very nice and made special accommodation for early breakfast so we could get to our bike shuttle on time. They also helped with restaurant recommendations and were so responsive to questions. The breakfast was delicious. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Had a wonderful stay at Castelli in Aria for a long bike weekend in Finale. The property is in a quiet location just outside Finalborgo, only a short walk (ca 10 minutes) away from the shops, bars and restaurants of that area. Finale Marina can be accessed with a 10-15 minute bike ride along the main road. The rooms are tastefully decorated and offer all the comforts you would need for a weekend away. There are lovely outside spaces to relax accessible from most rooms as well as views of the surrounding hillsides and the Forte San Giovanni. Breakfast was generous with a good spread of local sweet pastries and more "continental" options. The hosts were lovely and even offered alternative breakfast service for us to catch the early shuttle slots in time. There is parking on site as well as secure bike parking in the garage.

If you are looking for an accommodation close to the beach (Finale Marina) or right in Finalborgo, this is obviously not it. Otherwise, there is not much to dislike about the property. Will happily return.

A little B&B with 3 rooms for rent and a beautiful garden. The location is great, calm but close to the center. We had a perfect time, the owners were very welcoming, we felt like home. Thank you very much!

The host is amazing, very polite and helpful. The location is excellent, 8' walking distanve from nice local restaurants & bars. The castle is very close as well. The view of the 2nd castle, while having an esspreso in the garden, was one of the highlights for our accommodation. Strongly recommended for your stay.

At Castelli in aria my partner and I felt very welcome. The bed and breakfast is situated a short walk outside of Finalborgo so we walked to the village for dinner in the evening. For breakfast we enjoyed homemade jam and cake, bread, cheese, fruit, croissants and good cappucinos and tee. There is a nice garden where you can eat breakfast in the morning. Or you can stay in the breakfast room which ajoins the entrance hall. We really liked that there is a common fridge for all guests. We were also able to use a hose to wash off the dirt of our mountain bikes and we could store our bikes, shoes and helmets in the garage. The room itself was very clean, spacious enough for all our stuff and had a great bathroom. All three rooms are on the ground floor and there is enough space infront of every room to hang and dry all your wet stuff. The only thing that was not ideal for us (as we like to sleep in on vacation) is the fact that the rooms are poorly soundproofed. The room doors all direct to the entrance hall and you can hear everything through the door. My partner and I still enjoyed our stay at Castelli in area very much.
