The room was absolutely lovely; dual aspect and large, with a large bed, and a large television. It was very old-school, with an antique wardrobe. The location, just inside the walls of the walled-town of Finalborgo was excellent; the place is so pretty, and so authentic. The breakfast was great, included of course, but worth €10: coffee, juice, a lovely croissant and an assemble-it-yourself toasted ham, cheese and egg sandwich.

The shared bathroom, while serviceable, was a little ragged

The breakfast is always excellent (Thankyou Mano) Location is in the busy square of the medieval village, so busy and noisy as expected. Rooms very clean and staff excellent.

We have stayed here many times, this time for 14 nights. The BB needs to supply the tourist free bus passes (this allows 7 days unlimited bus travels and saves tourists money) the B and B can obtain theses free of charge and it allows up to 4 people to travel.

Absolute prime location in the heart of Finale Borgo. Restaurants, bars, everything at the doorstep. The wonderful lady preparing the breakfast everyday has a heart of gold and ensures no one leaves hungry. The place is simple, but clean and has a lot of character. Be aware that due to the location, this is not a quiet place as people are in the streets and talking until late. Bike parking is a few minutes walk.

The room was small but clean with a shared bathroom. The bathroom is clean with a small shower. The hotel itself is located on the 2nd floor, beautifully decorated in a medieval style. Corresponds to the description and photos. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is located in the ZTL zone, so it is impossible to drive up by car. We left the car in a parking lot 3 minutes walk from the hotel, so it wasn't a problem. In the morning we were served a simple but delicious breakfast: egg, cheese, ham, toast, croissants, juice, coffee. We had breakfast in a cafe on the square overlooking the majestic medieval temple.

The pillows are very uncomfortable, they should already be replaced.

Very nice staff, family room was clean and comfortable, the location is excellent in the lovely old town and parking is nearby, breakfast is generous, the building the rooms are in has a lot of character

There was some noise from loud drunk people outside - the area has plenty of bars and restaurants, ear plugs helped

We have stayed many times before. Great location in the busy medieval village of Finaleborgo. Excellent breakfast, fantastic welcoming staff (big thanks to Mano who is always trying to please) very good overall value for money. Will defo stay again.

it was all fine and as expected as stayed before.

The room was very nice and stylish but unfortunately, it was towards the square so quite noisy. The breakfast was great, the lady serving it was super nice. Parking was a short walk from the accommodation and the instructions sent beforehand were very clear.

Great location overlooking the piazza. Spacious and clean. The quirky lady working in the cafe serving breakfast was a delight. Breakfast was also excellent.

The location can be a bit noisy if you’re an early sleeper but does get quiet around 23-2400 when the restaurants close.

The location is great, just in the heart of a beautiful medieval village. The staff is very kind! And the breakfast is super complete and good! The shared bathroom was clean.

The beds are unconfortable, you can almost feel the springs of the mattress. And the windows are not at all hermietic. I don't know if we had a bad chance and it was very noicy but you can listen all the conversations in the street, the trash car, etc.

Only negative was the dinner in the evening. I was so looking forward to an Italian lasagna .. regrettably I would say its the worst I've ever tasted .. maybe you could change this
