We had a fantastic sea view from our two-bedroom apartment with two lovely balconies. The sunrises were definitely worth getting up early. It was surprisingly calm even though the SS1 runs below the residence. We slept very well although we are light sleepers. The bedding materials are top quality.

Like the owner has stated, you need a car to get around to see the sights and have meals. We were there in an early season when the resort's own cafe and resraurant were still closed. The narrow and sinious road SS1 offers beautiful scenery but not recommended for cycling. There is a local bus connection but your own car comes handy.

Great meet and greet. The room was equipped with everything you wanted and stuff you didn't know you needed! Complementary bottle of fizz and water when we arrived and fresh pastries and bread on the doorstep when we woke up. The view was outstanding. Although we had a studio, it was very roomy with floor to ceiling windows that slid open to take in the sea view. A very comfortable bed aided for a good night's sleep. Also, the rooms are soundproof, so no noise from outside Highly recommend 100%

The view is incredible! Also we got some Foccacia every morning. The beach was beautiful as well, even though we experienced some bad luck with the weather. We cooked diner ourselves, which worked really well in the apartement's kitchen, we had everything we needed. Reception was always available when we needed, very friendly, and spoke multiple languages (Thank you a lot!)

The furniture was a bit dusty, maybe the room was empty for some days before we arrived. Also, the beach is three parts: leftside for dogs (clean), middle is Baba beach (costs extra, very tidy) and rightside is public (no dogs allowed). We've been on the right side where we've been pretty much alone, but this part is kind of dirty. Both "negative" points didn't bother us much, so see it as additional information ;)

Magnificent views across the bay, super to sit on the balcony and look out. Wonderful dog friendly beach at Baba. Refreshing drive along the Italian riviera cliff tops. Alassio is vibrant and Albenga laid back and historical. Bed & sofa bed comfortable, good shower. The cleaning ladies were sweet and the delicious bread delivered each morning and hung outside your door is a nice touch. Some of the staff at Baba beach club are helpful and they work very hard. The manager at Baba residence was accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful. It’s a family business and the land has been in the family for many generations which I found interesting. Best to have a car. Thank you :)

Although you pay for the views, it was a touch over priced I felt. The prices at Baba beach, which is dog friendly are quite high. Later and more frequent buses.

Extremely confortable beds, apartment is clean and nice, people working there are nice and helpful as well. Easy access to the dogs beach. Breakfast box served every morning. Access to Via Julia Augusta at the top of the residence.

Equipment can be a bit old (coffee machine was leaking, remote TV had no more batteries, TV was old as well). Kitchen is a bit too small as well.

The restaurant was closed, due off season so the amenities were not available. (We were informed about week before our booking started that the restaurant will be closed)

Peaceful, safe, my dog loves it there, the view is unmatched and above all, the staff including the cleaning ladies are fantastic. It is beginning to feel like family for us. We always visit out of season and enjoy the empty beach and quietness. Thank you to Peggy and Ursula for the doggie welcome in the room.

Great view. Decent room/apartment. Our teens slept on the pull out sofas in the main room and we had the bedroom. Felt spacious. We ate in the hotel restaurant one night, overlooking the sea. Perfect! Loved visiting both Alassio and Albenga. Totally different and both great. Alassio was fun in the evening. lots of strolling and shops and a walk out onto a giant pier. Albenga was historical and good to expalore during the day.

Only 1 conditioner was working The room we had needs refurbishment, It looked much better and much more high-end on the photos.

My wife me and our dog felt very welcome at Baba residence from the first day. The location could not be better with an easy walk to the beach through a safe underground passage. Great both for humans and dogs. The restaurant at the residence is very good and friendly so we loved staying at the residence in the evening too. No need for cooking yourself. A big role in the pleasant stay has been played by Baba Beach which was very well organized and serviced. We appreciated the distance between beach chairs allowing our dog (and us) to feel safe and comfy.
