The property is located 10mins walk to the center and it has front beach. Coming to the apartment , You are welcomed with these beautiful garden. we paid 320euro for 2nights for 4 people (2adults and 2kids) i think it was great. Inside the apartment, it was so clean and has aircondioner . It has complete utilities as decribed in booking.com. The kitchen has electric stove, fridge , microwave oven and dishwasher with dishwashing liquid , it has also a mini coffee bar where you can have tea and coffee in the morning while eating the freshly baked croissants they gave. The room has comfortable vibe , You wouldnt want to get up so early because you want to sleep more in the bed. The Linen are fresh and the bed is queen size. The room has a balcony that you can dry your wet clothes on the drying rack. The bathroom has complete sets of towels and toiletries in case you forgot to bring shampoo and soap. This apartment had been the highlight of our vacation in Alassio . We will surely book again.

The Bathroom needs an upgrade with the design Because it looks like a hospital.

It was really cool and nice Apartment. We appreciate the friendly staff. They treated us really good 😊 We want to stay there again in our next visit. Air conditioner were always in serve and quiet. Directly on the beach 🏖️

A bit smaller than expected l.

We loved how close we were to the beach, waking up and seeing/hearing the waves. What we loved most was the kitchenette! We bought groceries and we’re able to cook our own breakfast most days staying in avoiding being out while so hot in the mornings: afternoons. Staff was super nice. Shout out to Nilu!!!

We liked everything about this residence Sole Mare, sea view, cozy and very clean apartments, lovely host, the lady at the reception in the mornings and the man in the afternoons are so kind and very helpful!! Morning fresh croissants and the great beaches, restaurants around …marvelous)) It was our best stay in Italy🇮🇹

Sole Mare is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday in the Alassio area. The host and staff are exceptionally welcoming and friendly and the rooms and facilities are well kept and clean. Sole Mare is literally located at the beach which is perfect for a relaxing day at one of the beaches in Alassio.
