it was incredibly good! firstly, I am an artist and the most important thing for me in a place to live is beauty and atmosphere, for this I am ready to ignore minor inconveniences. I was really ready for inconveniences, but guys, there were none at all! Fantastic place! So cozy, comfortable bed, bath with a window, rocking chair with a view of the sunset, the sound of the surf, the smell of flowers, a delightful collection of art, a balcony to drink a cup of tea, very-very tasty breakfasts, AMAZING location. Many thanks to Evgeniya for her hospitality, help and advice, we will be happy to come back next year for a long stay P.S. we came in early autumn, when there was no longer a devilish summer heat, so we felt comfortable without air conditioning with one fan, but in extreme heat it may not be ideal

The atmosphere, the decoration, it was cosy and just like home from home . The room was well appointed ted and the triple glazing and shutters well insulated against any sounds from the frontage location.

The breakfast was a bit mean. One of everything for a couple - including small fruit cup and yogurt . Each item eg croissant , pastry etc was only one so as a couple you had to cut each little thing go in half. I noticed a single customer had the same size portions ! Seems a bit mean !

Amazing and romantic room in the heart of Alassio! Wonderful furniture, furnished with taste and a sense of detail. We had a room with a nice view to the sea. A lot of bars and restaurants nearby. To enter the bathroom you have to leave the room but you get all privacy by a large curtain. Parking was available a few hundret meters away at extra costs. If you want you can easily walk all the way to the next small town of Laiguelia. Small but sufficient breakfast Italian style.

This house is full of charm and character, what a joy to stay here! The rooms are decorated with all sorts of unique interesting colour, pattern and detail with an eccentric artistic style. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of town and overlooking the beach. Highly recommend if you prefer the extra-ordinary and are looking for a special place to stay.

If you prefer a modern, minimalist style, this is not the place for you!

Amazing villa with beautiful views. The host Eugenia went above and beyond to help us have a good stay from securing parking for us to booking lounge chairs on the beach! The villa is located super central and within 50 m of the sea! Breakfast is served on the balcony with a cute set of antique dishes

Beautifully decorated with art, books and thoughtful displays of collectibles, we felt instantly at home. Note: there are several reviews requesting blackout shades. It was easy to make the room darker by closing the exterior shutter/blind of the house using the switch under the curtains.

Location perfect... comfort 1st class...a most original place to stay in beautiful Alassio...

The a c could have worked but everyone experiences problems when these devices are fitted and attention was immediately given....

Location to the beach was great. Nice big room and bathroom. Clean. Communication with the owner was very effective through the booking sight. She responded promptly and always provided what we needed.

Room too noisy at night. Too much bright light coming in. Would be nice to have blackout shades. The communication with the check in person was challenging due to the inability to communicate at all in English.

The apartment was beautiful and it felt like stepping in a royal home. Great attention to details. It was beautiful to wake up and view the sea first thing in the morning.

We wished our room had blinds to sleep fully in the dark.

The location is fantastic, simply unbeatable! The room was charming, the bed was comfortable and everything was very nice and clean. The breakfast was served in a common area, and was good. It was the only time you actually met the other guests, and it was nice.
