Location, comfortable room with good view. A good breakfast.

The staff at breakfast were often more interested in talking to each other than responding to requests. We did find this irritating. It was better when an older man or woman was also in the dining room.

A good continental breakfast, with variety of food, included scrambled eggs. The property has been very kind to us, since when we booked the room we asked for 3 vegan croissant for breakfast and they bought them for us on purpose. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, located in the best area of Alassio - close to Borgo Coscia, a very typical and peaceful area and a few steps from the sea.

I'd just suggest to renew the elevator, but in any case it works perfectly.

This is a really comfortable hotel, and quite for almost the centre of Alassio. The hotel is there to serve the restaurant, and the breakfast service is immaculate. If needed, the A/c works very well... one block away from the sea, it makes a big difference.

Location, very clean, excellent service/friendly and professional staff, great breakfast

Shampoo would have been useful, was surprised it wasnt offered. Shower gel in the shower was empty on both days we were there. Bathroom should be renovated, a bit outdated compared to the rest of the hotel

The property is located few meters from the beach, very well maintained and in great cleaning conditions, has an amazing and well known top quality restaurant . Breakfast is very nice and very good, with a great choice and variety of food and it's served on their terrace facing the garden. Staff is absolutely stunning, gentle and care oriented to the hosted customers. The hotel has also an amazing wine bar in the underground.

Wonderful little hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, very close to the beach. The hotel was fully booked so unfortunately I could only stay for one night. But super grateful for the night I was able to stay there. I highly recommend the hotel and also the lovely town Alassio!

The room would have been perfect if it had a balcony.
