We loved to stay in this hotel. The room was nice, we enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was rich. There were fruits, coffee, tea and water for free and available at any time. There is a guest kitchen where families can cook and even free pasta to use. A chilling room with books and a lot of games were there to be used at any time. After our check-out at 11 am we could still use all facilities of the hotel and also the shower on the ground floor. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The beds were not as comfy as expected, but still ok. The hotel is right next to the train station; you can hear the trains arriving, but it‘s not that disturbing.

The staff were really warm and gave support for all our queries during our stay. They gave lots of helpful suggestions and there was always a staff member around to provide extra security including during the night. Welcome aperitivo on the first night. Location was great - 5 mins walk from the beach, town and next to the train station (but not noisy). There was a clean and well equipped kitchen for guests to cook themselves as well as delicious fresh evening meals at a very reasonable price. There were lots of places to relax around the hotel and a gym area, free coffee and water machines (cold water much needed in August after the beach) and fruits and biscuits available 24 hours. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to extend our stay as it was peaceful, comfortable and fun. The room had adjustable air conditioning and was comfortable. The building itself was well maintained and had lots of character as it was an old convent which would make you appreciate the history of the building.

Great hotel, staff, facilities & location. We were on a MTB holiday so the bike storage & free overnight laundry service were exceptional. The overview on booking.com failed to mention that the hotel provides a MTB uplift service most days direct from the hotel - if we had known we likely would have used. Wide breakfast selection. Good clean pool at the hotel or the sea is only a 5 minute walk for a swim or just a gelato or coffee. The old town is only 10 minute walk for great food & drink. Slightly further away (20 min walk) is the old town of Finale Borgo which again has great food & drink and is the heart of the MTB activities - except plenty of bike racks outside bars.

My only grumble was that I had the 3rd bed in the (family) apartment which was uncomfortable (lumpy & hard - a mattress topper would be a benefit). The other beds were much more comfortable.

location was excellent and room was clean and comfortable nice option for breakfast staff was nice and helpful enjoyed using the free bike one morning parking was easy and secure air conditioning worked well when we asked staff to turn it on ( just need to make request) nice welcome drink

music was too loud for bar/ entrance area- sometimes it was enjoyable but other times not appropriate to people and place

Super friendly receptionist. Fine breakfast for just 7 euros. 1 free drink and overall superb prices in the bar. Quite cozy resting spaces around the hotel. Shower is ok, no problems with hot water.

Quite close to railway, you can hear trains. Luckily, they don't move around much at night time. Room was big with high ceiling, but not very cozy.

Centrally located basic hotel with the all-essential (paid for) parking. Perfect for the overnight stop. Not a terrific place in any sense, but perfectly satisfactory. Very pleasant reception staff. And we love Finale Ligure!

Earplugs were supplied - presumably because of the noise (children running about etc), but we did not need to use them.

Great very friendly staff, perfect and safe infrastructure for bikes and car. The rooms are small but ok. We felt really welcomed in this hotel.

The breakfast might be improved. The possibility first an afternoon beer after biking in the garden would be great. The showers in the rooms are challenging small.

AC was a bit warm. 23 degrees as the coolest temperature still felt a bit warm during the current heatwave, but I imagine most of the time it'd be okay perhaps!

A friendly hostel with a relaxing vibe. We enjoyed the clean pool, the kitchen with complimentary cooking ingredients and the cosy breakfast. Wish we had booked more days here

We missed someplace too dry our beach towels and swimwear

The kitchen was available free of charge. I was able to make my own meals with fresh vegetables and pasta free to use. Lots of seating areas to eat, read, play games as a group. It's a very comfortable feeling here.
