Location is good, in the centre of Fiuggi. The hotel is very good. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Francesco, in the spa, was very good when doing the Aufguss in the sauna and body Scrub in the Turkish bath.

The room could be improved by adding more toiletries to the bathroom; the bathroom fittings were in poor condition; the room was very basic and there were no hooks to hang items in the bathroom. Had to operate the window blind with a rotating handle! The thermal pool was cold on the second day. Communication breakdown regarding the ‘couples massage treatment’, after sending many messages and texts but they didn’t have the treatment booked for us. However, they did kindly accommodate us.

Covered thermal water Pool is great. Spa is good, well organised although on multiple floors. The outdoors jacuzzis are great to start a lazy day or to end a stessfull one! Drinks (paid) are served there too. Breaksfast is very good, we enjoyed the best hotel omelette in months. At least 8 different cakes, lots of cold cuts, fresh fruit, great coffee. If not for an overnight stay, the breakfast itself is worth a visit to the hotel

The location in the town of Fiuggi is good… the bed linen was really great and the beds large and comfortable, the breakfast buffet was also very good

It’s so depressing, reception is so in inviting & the staff are sullen and miserable and the interior is seriously drab; the rooms are 50 shades of brown.

Friendly and accommodating staff, exceptional service, clean rooms, good central location, but above all a well equipped spa. Staying here you forgot all the stress outside and come out super relaxed. An experience you will not forget

The spa is excellent. The hotel is located in a pleasant, tranquil location amidst abundant greenery, offering cost-effective access to Rome by car and an exceptional breakfast. Ample parking is available at no additional cost.

energy conservation not appropriate: overheating in bedroom with window left open (I had to stop and close when arrive) - towel replacement too frequent (daily) moreover for a short stay garage/parking not convenient

had a little trouble getting info we wanted on how to book a bike or a bike tour initially but once on site the bike manager was enthusiastic in helping us.

Didn't like the personnel - not what I would expect from a 4 * hotel. Had to ask for the aperitivo several times, because nobody was showing up to take the order.. hard to ask for help.. In general I felt like they were not very available or engaged into helping out guests

Lovely hotel, perfect location, car parking and restaurants next to hotel. Excellent staff and nice cooked breakfast choices as well as the usual continental choices.

The mattress was slightly too hard and we normally prefer a firm mattress.
