Location is good, in the centre of Fiuggi. The hotel is very good. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Francesco, in the spa, was very good when doing the Aufguss in the sauna and body Scrub in the Turkish bath.

The room could be improved by adding more toiletries to the bathroom; the bathroom fittings were in poor condition; the room was very basic and there were no hooks to hang items in the bathroom. Had to operate the window blind with a rotating handle! The thermal pool was cold on the second day. Communication breakdown regarding the ‘couples massage treatment’, after sending many messages and texts but they didn’t have the treatment booked for us. However, they did kindly accommodate us.

Covered thermal water Pool is great. Spa is good, well organised although on multiple floors. The outdoors jacuzzis are great to start a lazy day or to end a stessfull one! Drinks (paid) are served there too. Breaksfast is very good, we enjoyed the best hotel omelette in months. At least 8 different cakes, lots of cold cuts, fresh fruit, great coffee. If not for an overnight stay, the breakfast itself is worth a visit to the hotel

The location in the town of Fiuggi is good… the bed linen was really great and the beds large and comfortable, the breakfast buffet was also very good

It’s so depressing, reception is so in inviting & the staff are sullen and miserable and the interior is seriously drab; the rooms are 50 shades of brown.

energy conservation not appropriate: overheating in bedroom with window left open (I had to stop and close when arrive) - towel replacement too frequent (daily) moreover for a short stay garage/parking not convenient

had a little trouble getting info we wanted on how to book a bike or a bike tour initially but once on site the bike manager was enthusiastic in helping us.

My mum and me enjoyed our remedial massage with two very friendly therapist. The spa wasn't busy which made the experience more relaxing. There was a chance to access the spa until 11.30pm. Good quality food at breakfast.

The breakfast is not a real buffet inasmuch as you have to ask at the waiter what you like from the buffet and she will make your plate. Unfortunately there was just one waiter making coffee and one making the plates which means you had to queue (and in italy none respect their turn). In a hotel spa you don't want to queue in the morning and you want to make your own plate. They adopt this system for covid but i don't think it makes much sense as you will be next to someone on a queue anyway.

Didn't like the personnel - not what I would expect from a 4 * hotel. Had to ask for the aperitivo several times, because nobody was showing up to take the order.. hard to ask for help.. In general I felt like they were not very available or engaged into helping out guests

Lovely hotel, perfect location, car parking and restaurants next to hotel. Excellent staff and nice cooked breakfast choices as well as the usual continental choices.

The mattress was slightly too hard and we normally prefer a firm mattress.

It's very nice with a great spa, sauna, steam room and swimming pool.. Big terrace with a couple of jacuzzis and plenty of spaces to relax.

A bit noisy and no balconies so for smokers it may be uncomfortable.

The location, the spa and most of all the outdoor jacuzzi pools. Also the kindness of the staff.
