I wish I have a word to qualify and quantify the beauty of this amazing place. The hospitality is topnotch. It’s more than I can explain. You need to be there. They treat you with utmost care. It is indeed home away from home. Federica( I hope I get the name right) ensured we had awesome stays. She’s always there for our needs, she rendered us speechless above and beyond. She’s indeed a wonderful woman very oriented and superb. And of course my good friends from restaurant Andre and the two Antonio’s and also Noemi and Mario from the reception. They are all amazing people. We are definitely coming back . Thank you so much.

The spa of course.

The opening time of the spa did not help us as we were just passing by. Eventually we ended up in one of the days where the spa closed earlier and opened the next at the latest time among the days in the week. Not sure about this difference in the week.

Excellent pool and spa. Lovely gardens and a great sense of space. And daily activities to keep you challenged.

Parking was a challenge with limited spaces and access. But hotel staff always happy to park your car.

Service outside poor. Restaurant. Too long waiting

The pool on the ground floor with easy access and the SPA has been overall exceptional! Other than that, breakfast was really good and the overall structure nice. Staff has been also great and very helpful on anything we needed.

For SPA and relaxation focus customers, the - occasionally - many kids on the pool side was a bit annoying. The staff at least should try to keep the disturbance levels lower.

The staff was very friendly and the food was great.

The sauna/steam room was not hot enough and the outside pool closed at 6.

The quality of the thermal pools and food were excellent. The staff were very professional and attentive.

Great thermal pools and you can use any massage jets on a push of a button 😃

Not all staff speak English.

very good quality hotel, spacious rooms with lovely view over the garden and pool. great breakfast and the spa facilities were perfect at the end of each day. staff were fabulous
