This is the most amazing hotel we have ever stayed in. We chose it for our trips to Rome by car, as it offered the best value for money, with quality far exceeding the price. The hotel and its grounds are beautifully designed with exceptional taste, featuring an incredible style where every piece of furniture and decor is either a work of art or an antique designer item. Everything is spotlessly clean, cozy, and comfortable – the perfect place for a peaceful night’s sleep on a very comfortable bed. Our room had access to a terrace with a seating area for relaxing and enjoying tea in the garden. The hotel owners are very hospitable and friendly, and the breakfasts are incredibly delicious, with both hearty and sweet options. The host makes fantastic coffee. There’s also a gym and a pool on the premises. The villa has its own secure parking, so there’s no need to worry about your car.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, the owners are amazing and very hospitable. In this hotel you can really relax, in the pool area a person is able to fully relax and enjoy the surroundings. Every plant, every part of the garden Is decorated with unique details. Breakfast is tasty and served with a special touch. We highly recommend this place.

One of the best B&Bs we’ve stayed in. The villa is immaculate; beautifully appointed with artwork that enhanced the space. The gardens are really lovely and well maintained. Breakfast made to order with lots of homemade pastries and cakes. The owner-hosts could not have been more accommodating!! Thank you for making our stay special!!

A beautiful home, wonderful hosts, exceptional breakfast. It was a relaxed and luxurious stay at the same time. The property is located next to a main road so it’s easy to reach as a pit stop on your road trip. There’s a great restaurant around the corner.

What would make it even more perfect would be a location in a quiet countryside

Amazingly beautiful location with a super friendly and helpful host! The place is easily to reach and extremely well kept. Spacious and super clean rooms and free parking directly inside the property. Easily the richest and most complete breakfast I have experienced in a B&B. The place is absolutely a 10/10 and worth staying even more than a day!

Beautifully maintained landscaped grounds with artistic landscaping elements. Lobby and breakfast room and main sitting area was decorated like it was from Architectural digest. Owner is an artist who a decorator. Very friendly and accommodating. Good breakfast. Lovely pool with sitting area.

Set in idyllic formal garden, the house was spacious and welcoming. our room was ample size and bed very comfortable. Everything was beautiful. Secure off street parking. Breakfast was very generous. Claudio and Manuela were gracious and helpful.

We had trouble finding the BnB along the Main Street with Google maps and car gps.

Spacious, comfortable & clean Claudio is a courteous and attentive host and the property with its grounds is beautifully appointed.

I think this place seems really underrated. Very friendly, helpful owners that do everything to make your stay pleasant. The grounds are impeccably manicured and relaxing. The pictures don’t do this place justice. The quality of the furnishings and fit and finish of the rooms show just how much the owners care. No detail seems too small to overlook.
