Everything ! The rooms were beautiful with beautiful paintings and everything was antique. The bed was super comfortable and I just loved the bathroom. Huge bathtub and a very high tech shower that actually turns into a steam room! This stay was the best part of our trip. The breakfast was amazing and even the dishes were so nice. Max was really nice and let us hang out in the dining room area until are train ride after check out. Definitely will be staying here again, can’t wait !

It was the perfect stay. Beautiful old decor with modern twist. Very clean. Great breakfasts. We had everything we needed, from tea for digestion to sewing kit….:) Massimiliano was amazing host, he welcomed us and explained everything. The goodbye gift was very sweet. You can go to the beach by foot or find another great beaches few minutes by the car.

We booked a 2 nights vacation in the Romantic suite, the room in reality was even better than the photos! We highly recommend! We booked in room massage (Massimiliano arranged) was amazing, Michela was amazing! Would recommend! The bath in the living room is just amazing The hotel is in a perfect location, 1 minute from the main street Massimiliano was wonderful and helpful We would recommend this hotel and the romantic suite for any couple that seeks a romantic gateway

Delightful B&B, tastefully modernised whilst retaining its character. Courteous staff and charming breakfast service. We had the Romantic room and enjoyed the slipper bath soak. The villa is nicely tucked away but close to everything and parking available right outside the property was convenient for our trip.

Unfortunately, the hot tub was not available for the duration of our 4 days stay

Lovely place to stay and reset. It was outside of season which was great for us as we just needed a stop over for a few days to catch up on work. Massimilano was a wonderful host and upgraded us to the loft which was absolutely perfect. Loved the Alexa in the room too so we could listen to tunes as we relaxed there.

Beautiful property! Excellent breakfast in their beautiful garden like area. Staff was friendly and helpful. A television with all the streaming services anyone would ever want.

Other than beach activities, it takes considerable travel time to get to other activites.

Lovely room with top quality bath & shower facilities. The double bed was huge & comfortable. Lots of traditional Italian touches gave it a personal feel. The staff were beyond lovely. Option to park outside very helpful.

The accommodation is excellent for rest and relax. Very cosy country style interior, very clean, convenient.

Clean and homelike atmosphere. A quiet place, 5 minutes to the beach and restaurants.

Everything was great! The hosts were courteous, kind and very helpful. I would recommend anyone going to Follonica to stay here. Everything was prepared for guests very thoughtfully. Lovely experience.
