The location, the room it self, the fact that there is elevator

We chose the room “with balcony and sea view”, formally we had a balcony and sea view, but you can barely stand at the balcony and you can sea only 2 centimeters of the sea( Due to the “sea view” side we had the room with the windows to the small but very noisy street( so you can sleep between 1am and 5am. At 5am the noise in the room is very loud ( So, better to choose the room with “garden view”. There is only payed parking along the street (1.5€ per hour), we barely found a slot. Also there is garage available (~700 meters away)

Wonderful room - spacious, clean and beautifully decorated with an equally impressive bathroom and balcony overlooking the square. Centrally located and an extremely helpful and kind host. This will be my go-to place whenever I come back to Formia! Thank you again Angelo for a great stay and also your amazing recommendations!

Unfortunately,due to no fault of B&B Vitruvio the noise of scooters flying by and rubbish collection most mornings. The noise would wake us up. Otherwise fabulous.

Cosy, clean room with a private bathroom and a balcony, located in the center of Formia, 10 mins. away from the train station. Shops, restaurants and cafés nearby. Coffee & tea making facilities provided. Very good contact with the owner.

There was a small problem with the master appartment key (the actual room was inside). In order to open the door, you need to pull it a bit.

Some of the keys were a bit of a knack in the locks! Would have been good to have more than one set of keys per room when travelling as a group. Hairdryer could have been better!

I liked that it was located in the very heart of the city. My room was oriented in the courtyard, so it was quiet. Staff was very kind and respcetful, owner was always online ready to sort out my questions or wishes.

There´s nothing I didn´t like about it. I will deffinitelly come back with more friends.

Bed was comfortable and room decoration was pleasing to the eye. Location was great for a stroll around town and only an 8 minute walk from train station. Our room had a street facing balcony although no noise when window was closed. Air conditioning available if needed.

There was a drain smell in the bathroom.

Quiet, spacious, and clean room. Very large bathroom. Several blankets and towels were available. Additionally, it was possible to prepare coffee and hot herbal teas. There was also a mini fridge bar in the room. The host is very friendly.

The front door of the Airbnb is difficult to open and close.

What a fantastic place in perfect location (few minutes walking from train station and few minutes walking to the sea, many bars, shops and restaurants nearby). Big, clean and comfortable room with a balcony and sea view. Super easy check-in and check-out. Very kind and friendly owner. Breakfast at the bar in front of the hotel.

The checkin and parking instruction can be sent earlier, not only 5 min before arrival while need to sort out where to park and checkin. (When the parking space near the town is almost impossible)
