Very charming small hotel surrounded with wineyards. Hotel is equipped with pool and laying with glass wine, surrounded with wineyards and listening chilling music is pure decadence. Atmosphere as in 60´s french movie from Riviera with young Alain Delon. Room very nice and stylish, big terrace with view of wineyards and Verona on the horizont. Great dinner, also breakfast offer in continental style. We spent there too short stay, weekend is minimum and the week optimum.

Unbelievable hard to find anything negative. But we searched for overnigt with pool. Pool is great, but in whole area constantly some 1,4 - 1,5 m deep, so small children will not enjoy it.

The hotel is located off the center of an already small town. The place is beautiful, full of vines (Excellent wine - Amarone, Ripasso). The room was big and it had a balcony with breathtaking views to the valley and vines. It is a clean and warmly decorated hotel, which gives you the feeling of what is like living in a wine making farm. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and dinner was superb. I recommend having dinner at the hotel for a hearty meal and to taste their wines. Parking was free of charge at the front yard of their Estate.

2 main things I look for: bed length as I'm tall - good with my feet not dangling in the air, shower - functioning, not leaking and good water pressure. Other features that stood out: swimming pool with a view to the vineyard and mountains - it was great to relax and unwind after a hot day, we had a dinner and it was great (restaurant has the sticker about Michelin star they got in 2017), good breakfast.

The view from my room on the top floor was exceptional! I loved the rustic and familiar space. Luciana and her daughter were very helpful as well. I had the opportunity to attend a wine tasting as well, which made the property even more interesting.

Rent a car if you’re staying for several nights. Public transport does not pass often . The rooms (mine at least) had paperthin wall so bring noisecancelling earbuds to be safe 😊

Location, breakfast, views

There was a wedding party, and we did not have full use of the property, meaning the swimming pool and grounds. We need to put Kleenex boxes in the rooms, and also a coffee maker or something to boil water for tea. One of the outlets by the bed did not have electricity to be able to charge our phones. Had to use to one in the bathroom.

It was the most beautiful location and felt like a real taste of more rural Italian life. The setting was stunning and the property was exceptionally well maintained. The swimming pool was perfectly positioned and at all times it felt like a family had kindly invited us to share a slice of Italian life.

Nothing not to like.

Our room for three was nice with a beautiful view to the wine yards and to the valley. Breakfast was good and it was nice to sit in the garden. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was good too. Pool was refreshing and pool bar had good service. Amazing view from the pool!

Room did not have a fridge so no way to get our drinks cold. The previous hotels offered a couple of water bottles in the room - none were offered here No place to put your shampoo etc in the shower - it is a small but irritating thing. We were not allowed to leave our luggage in the lobby, even though I saw later that there were four different rooms there, mostly unused so they could have allowed that. Now they became really hot in the car.

Wonderful location in the heart of the Valpolicella vineyards, ideal for visiting the surrounding wineries. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. A special mention to the lady at the reception who makes the most delicious lemon curd I have ever tasted.

It would have been great to have a kettle or a coffee maker in the room I suggest the enrichment of the breakfast : Italy and it’s fresh fruits and vegetables are missing

We spent 3 nights at Costa degli Ulivi. Nice farm in the heart of Valpolichella land! It is located at the top of one of hill, so you will have wonderful view around. We had 2 dinners at the restaurant where we ordered local food - all we eat was tasty!
