My husband and I loved our stay at Hotel Cristal in Sirmione! One of the highlights of our visit was the incredibly kind and helpful staff, especially Simone at the reception, he was courteous, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The rooms are a bit on the small side, but very modern and well-equipped. The hotel is conveniently located near a Migros supermarket, and there are plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. One special memory was being able to enjoy dinner on the rooftop with our friends, the view was amazing, and of course, everything was made even better thanks to the ever-accommodating Simone. It was a lovely evening! Parking was easy to find, which was a huge plus. I’m not sure if it gets busier during peak season, but during our visit, Lake Garda and the surrounding area were comfortably lively. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back!

The Hotel was beautiful, very modern, our room was clean and spacious ( exactly like the photos). The rooms were cleaned everyday which was amazing. All of the staff were lovely, special mention to Alex and Simon who were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was perfect, it had a bit of everything. The bar was a nice area to relax very cozy. The location of the hotel was convenient, close to the bus stations which took us around the towns. The bike rental was helpful for us as we werent driving. Overall we absolutely loved our stay, would definitely recommend and if we are in the area again we will be coming back!

The hotel is new, modern and very great located. The staff very friendly, we felt very welcome there.

There were several major things that disappointed us. Firstly, the room has no ventilation (at least in October), so you need to open windows to get some fresh air or event not to sweat during the night. Secondly, in the mornings there are a terrible smell from the pipes in the bathroom, it felt disgusting. Thirdly, the heating in the bathroom is not working (we asked in the reception if it really is not working, but nothing changed). Another thing is the cleanliness in the room. I found some stains on the wall, on the mirror, also several cobwebs on the ceilings. The breakfast could also be better (eggs, pancakes and sausages were almost cold). So there are a lot of things that could be improved in the future.

The hotel was modern and clean. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and the room had a balcony. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold options. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The only thing I could fault was not the hotel, but the Sirmione bus service. The buses did not come frequently to get to Sirmione old town. You had to wait more than an hour and some bus drivers were not helpful with information.

This is a very new hotel and it's obvious that it is really well maintained. The room was very clean at all times and overall the hotel felt really clean. A big terrace for the room gave us a beautiful vibe and a small view towards the lake. Smart TV is at disposal, offering direct access to streaming services, a really good feat. Breakfast was very tasty although choices could be bigger. For some other supplies, a supermarket is very close. Parking is free but there is no guarantee that there are available spots in front of the hotel. However, there is a public parking in next street which makes no hassle to come by car.

Breakfast choices could be slightly expanded (not really needed, right now is also very good). Future improvement from my POV would include a barista for coffee instead of a machine. Anyway, the hotel is perfect!

Property is new, staff very friendly and polite, breakfast was delicious and location is good - although better if you are there by car. We went to the centre city on foot, visiting tourists spots, pausing for appreciation and taking pictures and took us 1hour max). Hotel is near to a good restaurant (Ciclone). Literally just crossing the street.

Not 24 hours front desk ( as stated in the description ) No dental and shaving kits in the toilet. AC Will automatically turn off if you open the balcony door. No much variety of food.

Family run and they are very helpful and friendly !

Too high tech for us older folks- the doors/windows have to be fully closed and locked in a specific UPRIGHT handle position for the AC etc to work - they need more labelling on the doors/windows to explain. Fridge didn't work and they forgot to fix it.

It wasn’t clear that the little spa was an extra cost, I did check the site later and found it right at the end of the description. It would be nice if it was more obvious - that’s the only disappointment of this lovely hotel.

Location -amazing near the center and you have a lake view! Rooms are really clean and nice. Some of them are a bit small but that is not a problem. Really tasty breakfast! With italian sweets, also a vegan section! Parking is free and its right outside! Spa is small but very clean and tidy! 2 saunas and a salt room! I will deff. Recomend this hotel to others! Also its dog friendly! Tnx
