The place is well connected with stores, restaurants and public transport nearby. The staff is excellent! It's a good place for the family because there is a barbeque, a pool and a park next door for the kids to play. There is a nice beach about 10 mins walk from the hotel, but we couldn't use it due to the cold weather.

There isn't much to complain about really. Our stay was excellent. One aspect to watch out for are the Mosquitoes due to the gardens all around. It was not possible for us to sit outside our room for lunch or breakfast. Also, might be good if they can add an oven in the room.

After lots of indecision about what city and accommodation to stay at Lake Garda, we were so happy we ended up in Sirmione and at Nuove Terme. The host was so genuine and friendly and helpful providing a map of the area, marking restaurants and grocery for us and telling us how to catch the bus when needed. The space was clean and comfortable and we had our own private garden patio. The bikes available for use for our family of four worked out perfectly! We had great fun biking to dinner and to the castle entrance in old town.

As in other places we stayed in Europe, the bed was extremely firm and the sheets could’ve been better quality. A big part of comfort is the bed you sleep in and this was about all that could be improved. We appreciated the goods to start off our stay like coffee, tea, etc. would’ve appreciated access to little jam and butter samples to have easy breakfast. You can’t buy the delicious looking jars of spreads when traveling internationally! We would definitely come back though and hope we can return someday.

The room was nice and fully equipped with everything that we needed. It was big enough for us - 2 adults and 2 children. It had a nice private garden. Everything was clean and functioning. Nothing was broken or worn out. Flavio, the manager, was very welcoming and helpful. He answered our questions and gave us good tips about the area. They have many bicycles of different sizes, including ones with child seats, that you can use for free. So we took the bicycles for a day and rode on the lake shore to the old city. There is a supermarket across the street and many restaurants within walking distance.

Very friendly and professional service. Room was clean and well suited for two adults and 3 kids. Spaciuos private garden with serveral seating areas. Good sized clean pool with floating toys for kids. Free bikes to lend, they even had child seats and helmets for the kids. Also free car parking just next to the residence with plenty of space. Great location - nice and quiet part of Sirmione at Lago di Garda with supermarkets, bakeries, gelaterias and restaurants within short walking distance. Also, good location for making day trips to Verona, Venice and Valpolicella (good place for people appreciating Amarone wine).

Easy to reach by car and a big parking lot for free parking. The owner was really nice and welcoming. Free bikes available with even child seats and helmets. Also kid’s bikes. Room was very clean and in good condition. Good shower water pressure and hot water. Many restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store next door. Well equipped kitchen and nice pool area. The room was exactly as in the pictures, or even better. We got a lovely terrace. Our short, 3 days visit was perfect. I can highly recommend Residence Nuove Terme.

We stayed 6 nights in Sirmione. We originally booked 4 nights but extended our stay because we loved the area so much and our apartment was very comfortable. The apartment was spacious with all the facilities you could need. Our host Flavio left us coffee pods, water and a packet of lovely biscuits on arrival. Flavio upon arrival gave us maps and tips for our trip. He always answered any questions or concerns straight away. Flavio was an exceptional host and very lovely warm kind person who goes out of his way to help. We would definitely stay there again . Highly recommend this accommodation 😊

Very spacious & clean, with awesome facilities. The pool was perfect & the bikes were fun. The location was perfect, just out of the very busy Sirmione, as we were there on the weekend & there were people everywhere near the Castle. It was nice to relax away from the chaos. Also liked that we could do our washing free of charge & there were plenty of restaurants nearby. We were also in walking distance from the lake to watch the sunset.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay in Sirmione with our friends and kids. Flavio went out of his way to make sure we had absolutely everything we needed. His knowledge on the area was fantastic and very useful. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 with two young kids. We had a garden which over looked the pool. The mornings were spent site seeing and pool used in the afternoon. Shuttle bus to Sirmione was good but you can also drive down and park quite easily. We found the neighbouring towns much quieter and easier to navigate. We particularly enjoyed the cable car at Macestine. Worth a visit if you have time. Thanks Flavio for a great stay :)

Everything was great thanks

We had amazing time with my wife in Nuove Terme! Very nice kitchen with all the needed equipment for cooking, huge supermarket nearby with wide choice of products (including seafood). The area is further from Sirmione city centre, therefore it's very quiet there (trust me in high season Sirmione is really really full of tourists and it can get pretty noisy there). You basically feel yourself like a local living in the area of Garda Lake. At the same time it is very easy to get to Sirmione by car, by bus or by foot. But the best part is that you also can go there by bike and this property provides new and comfortable bikes (they are very well maintained). We will definitely come back again!
