The host Flavio was super helpful in communications and deeds both pre and during stay. The apartment was really clean, very well equipped for self catering. The air conditioning in the rooms was so effective , providing a cool haven in the heat( unlike other places we have stayed). We were a family of 2 teenagers and we really enjoyed making use of the pool, nearby lake and bikes to visit the locality. Some really good restaurants nearby, some catering really well for allergies and gluten free menu. Local shop 2 mins away, and mgross supermarket less than 5 min cycle has better gluten free selection. Would return in a heart beat.

We stayed as a family (two adults, two teens) in an apartment with its own private garden, which was big enough to accommodate us all comfortably. The apartment was clean, well-eqipped and with a great shower. Flavio goes above and beyond to assist with recommendations, maps and advice about the area, always with a smile- such a lovely man! The free bike hire was an unexpected touch, as was the welcome pack of coffee, milk and biscuits. The pool area was great and the inflatables provided kept the teens occupied. The apartments are in a quiet area, about 45mins walk away from the old part of Sirmione at the end of the peninsula, but there are still plenty of restaurants and shops near to the apartments (or you can use the free bikes or jump on the shuttle bus to get there more quickly), and the lake is about a 10min walk away.

We can't fault the apartments at all; however, a word of warning..... the mosquitos are a menace. The apartments have a regular spraying schedule to help keep them in check, which is fantastic, but the critters are out in force in the town, so take appropriate measures to minimise bites!

Very spacious apartment in a great location, with easy access to all amenities and public transport. Well furnished, huge balcony and comfy bed. Quiet at night & nicely out of the hustle and bustle of old town Sirmione. Great restaurants and supermarkets close by. If you're also coeliac, Coop has a good gluten free section and Export Pizzeria does awesome gluten free pizzas - best ever!! We borrowed the bikes every day to cycle into Sirmione to the Spa and ferries - easy 15 minute ride and heaps of bike racks just outside the city gates. Local beach was great for a swim and we hired kayaks to paddle down to the old town. Flavio couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome and was always on hand for anything we needed. Great that we were able to leave our bag in Reception and borrow bikes to make the most of our last day with a late evening flight. Easy bus ride from Verona. which stops just a 5 minute walk from the apartments.

Flavio is a fantastic host and made it an exceptional trip to Sirmione. He is friendly, professional, and kind, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. He welcomed us very late at night when we had had a long day of travel. He gave us a tour of the property and our apartment and handed over the keys personally to us. We had left a backpack in our taxi that night, and he was kind enough to contact the taxi driver and help us get it back. He is very knowledgeable about the area and gave us lots of recommendations too. The apartment was spacious, clean, and came with a modern kitchen. He also gave my nieces a lollipop every day of our stay, which made them so happy! We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to all our family and friends. The place is well connected with stores, restaurants and public transport nearby. The staff is excellent! It's a good place for the family because there is a barbeque, a pool and a park next door for the kids to play. There is a nice beach about 10 mins walk from the hotel, but we couldn't use it due to the cold weather.

There isn't much to complain about really. Our stay was excellent. One aspect to watch out for are the Mosquitoes due to the gardens all around. It was not possible for us to sit outside our room for lunch or breakfast. Also, might be good if they can add an oven in the room.

We had a fanatic stay at Residence Nuove Terme. It offers a nice reprieve from the hustle & bustle of the old town but is still within walking distance (with free bikes available) or a short shuttle bus. Shops/restaurants close by if you don’t want to travel into the old town. Flavio is super helpful and was a fantastic host with lots of friendly tips and advice. Would highly recommend!

I highly recommend this place! The hotel has a great, Italian style and is spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of utensils and a dishwasher, though I missed having an oven. The owner is extremely helpful and friendly, and the large, clean pool with well kept gardens is a big bonus. There's also a grill available. The location is ideal close to two shops and just a half hour walk to the old town. A great bonus is the availability of bikes included in the price, which is a huge plus and allows for easy exploration of the area.

The position was convenient.Also the host Flavio is super friendly and extremelly helpful.Our car needed a repair upon our arrival and he helped us with contact to repair shop,we had our car fixed the same day Flavio will try to help with any need the guests might need.Pool was excellent size for my 3children.We would definatelly recommend.

The only downside is mosquitos,but its part of nature.Also they really try to help with this issue with daily protection against mosquitos.

Everything! The apartment was so clean and had everything we needed for our week stay. Flavio was the most helpful host and so friendly! Nothing was too much trouble! The location was excellant for us and the free bikes were brilliant as we were able to get everywhere we wanted to on them. I highly recommend staying here and will certainly be back again!

After lots of indecision about what city and accommodation to stay at Lake Garda, we were so happy we ended up in Sirmione and at Nuove Terme. The host was so genuine and friendly and helpful providing a map of the area, marking restaurants and grocery for us and telling us how to catch the bus when needed. The space was clean and comfortable and we had our own private garden patio. The bikes available for use for our family of four worked out perfectly! We had great fun biking to dinner and to the castle entrance in old town.

As in other places we stayed in Europe, the bed was extremely firm and the sheets could’ve been better quality. A big part of comfort is the bed you sleep in and this was about all that could be improved. We appreciated the goods to start off our stay like coffee, tea, etc. would’ve appreciated access to little jam and butter samples to have easy breakfast. You can’t buy the delicious looking jars of spreads when traveling internationally! We would definitely come back though and hope we can return someday.
