We stayed at Hotel Gardenia Sirmione with my wife and our two children - a perfect experience from start to finish. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the service from the hotel managers was exceptional, always warm and attentive, making us feel truly at home. I also purchased discounted tickets for Gardaland through them and received excellent tips for visiting the Castle of Sirmione, Venice, and other attractions around Lake Garda. All the staff were amazing, especially Paolo and Andrea, whose kindness and availability made our stay even more special. The children particularly loved the refreshing pool at the end of each day, which made the holiday even more unforgettable. Thanks to them, we will always remember Italy with great affection. I highly recommend Hotel Gardenia to anyone looking for a perfect holiday in Sirmione.

The breakfast was buffet style. In my opinion, it was as varied and fresh as any 4-star hotel. The pool is not heated and we were unable to swim in it. Visually, it made a very favorable impression. It is located in a green spacious courtyard and is large enough to swim in it thoroughly, not just splash into. The room is very comfortable, with a balcony, a large wardrobe (with a refrigerator in it), a table, a chair, a TV. The only thing you could wish for is a kettle in the room. The bathroom has a good shower stall and a bidet. In general the impressions are extremely positive. In addition to the above-described facilities, I want to note the wonderful service, and the very friendly and helpful staff. I was pleasantly surprised by the owner of the hotel, who worked every day on par with the rest of the hotel employees. He turned out to be a very friendly person and ready to help even in non-trivial situations

The only thing I could wish for is a kettle in the room.

The staff was great. Pool was a great refresh after long hot days (we stayed on August). Location is also excellent when traveling to near towns and historic Sirmione city. Supermarket is 5 minutes walk. The room has AC and refrigerator. Breakfast was good. Car parking is available.

Personally, I prefer card keys instead of physical keys. Other than that, it was great for the price. It was great if the breakfast would have more salads and more cheese variety.

Breakfast was great and diverse, Pool wonderful and clean, Room clean and in good shape. Supermarket (COOP) a minute walk

Only small touches to improve even better: a small trash can to the room it self and not just in the bathroom, It would be great if there was a slightly bigger refrigerator in the room that can hold larger contents like bigger water bottels and it would be a nice touch to make an extra efffort and have a shampoo and soap in the bathroom courtesy of the house..... but as i said these are small touches and not the main course....

The property was clean and well Maintained. It had a lovely pool and there was never any issues getting a lounger. The staff were friendly and helped us out with getting transport to trains etc. Lots of clean towels in the room (although not to be used at the pool!- pool towels could be hired for £2.50). Air con worked brilliantly. A lovely little balcony with chairs and an air drier was most appreciated . Lots of variety at breakfast time but a lot of the offerings were cake like desserts which my daughter just loved but me not soo much!

There was a karaoke event on in the venue across the road that felt like it was on the premises but thankfully ended by 11:30

Beautiful, spotlessly clean and well located hotel with a lovely pool. Staff welcoming and super helpful. Super chilled vibe providing a quiet, relaxed stay. Room was a good size, comfortable with a small balcony and large bathroom. Beds and towels made/changed daily. Delicious hot/cold breakfast included. Perfect for a trip to Sirmione and Lake Garda.

Maybe bring a travel kettle (if like me, you enjoy a cup of tea in bed).

I liked the vibe of the building. Those painted, decorated facades...The room was clear, the staff were very kind. The breakfast was varied and delicious. I can recommend the Hotel.

The size of the room. It was small for a comfortable stay for 3 person. The glass shelf above the water tap in the bathroom... Because of the self, U can not open the tap fully. But maybe I'm too strict 😀

Everything about our 2 night stay was exceptional. Free parking, great full breakfast included and the pool hit the spot after a long day. The staff was great, especially Ceasar, Francesco, Marco (who makes a great Spritz) and the dining room woman whose name I didn't get. All made you feel at home A+++

Nothing about the stay presented any problem.

A great place to stay at while visiting lake Garda. Rooms are big and clean. Hotel has a good location. It is easy explore Sirmione and the beautiful lake Garda (2min from hotel is a bus station with a line to Sirmione old town)..

Breakfast could be a bit more diverse. Eggs and sausages were always cold. Apart from that everything was ok.
