The location was in a quiet area which I found much more practical than the busy old town. It was great to park there and just walk to the touristy places. The room was perfect with balcony, I didn't hear much of the guests around. But the highlight was the breakfast, there was so much to choose from and everything was very fresh. I also appreciate that I could get into my room a bit early, as I arrived in town before check-in time.

Centrally located, this apartment was clean, neat with a well maintained garden. The AC worked very well, the room had a snall fridge and the bathroom had a lovely shower. The breakfast was great, with a variety of fresh food, served inside or on the patio /garden. Close to the Shuttle bus station (±150m) to go to the Old Town, the Castle, as well as the Ferry to the Noth of the lake. Same bus station to take the bus to Decenzano Train Station. About 500m from the Camping site and swimming areas. Grocery store ±150 m away. Friendly, helpful staff. We had all our needs met and had a wonderful stay. Will stay there again, hopefully soon.

The bathroom fan made a noise when the light been switched on, must be to remind you to switch it off after use.

Our stay at Hotel Arya by Mauro in Sirmione was delightful in many ways. We stayed in a room located in the new building, which was spotlessly clean and recently renovated, with modern decor and a comfortable ambiance. The staff were exceptional—always helpful and willing to provide valuable guidance for exploring the area. Michael, in particular, stood out for his friendliness and attentiveness. The buffet breakfast was another highlight, offering a good variety of options to start the day.

The only downside was the lack of proper sound insulation in the walls. Unfortunately, we had the misfortune of a neighbor taking a shower at 6 AM, and the sound of water was so loud it felt as if we were in the same room. Additionally, conversations or laughter from adjacent rooms were easily audible, which slightly disrupted the overall tranquility of our stay.

Hotel Mauro has lived up to our expectations! Very clean, the staff was very kind and helpful (they speak a little English for non-Italophones) and breakfast filled us every morning. In the room, with the outside heat of July, the air conditioner saved us! Every day our beds were redone but the sheets and bath linens were not changed (in 5 days) which did not bother us because for ecological measures it seems quite supposed. Parking is free and facilitates access to the rooms because it is really close. We could access our room thanks to a code, a first in a hotel and it was very convenient because there was no risk of losing the key or pass. The hotel is very close to the center of Sirmione, easily accessible on foot as well as many restaurants. Very good value for money for a country like Italy and a tourist region like Sirmione in the middle of summer.

The only slight downside is that the room could be a little small for two with luggage... but by organizing well, we arrange it!

Hotel Mauro impressed us with its exceptionally spacious and newly renovated room, offering top-notch facilities perfect for our family's needs. The modern amenities provided a luxurious and comfortable stay, making us feel right at home. We particularly enjoyed having breakfast in the charming garden setting, which added a lovely touch to our morning routine. The staff's friendly demeanor contributed to an overall pleasant atmosphere during our stay.

While the hotel has many positive attributes, its location, similar to our previous stay, was a bit distant from Sirmione's historical center. This might be a drawback for guests wanting to be closer to the main attractions. Our specific room required navigating more than 15 stairs, which proved challenging with our heavy luggage. Although other rooms had elevator access, our assigned room did not, which could be problematic for guests with mobility issues or excessive baggage. Lastly, while the breakfast was tasty, the limited options left us wishing for a bit more variety to choose from.

It was absolutely new room, with good double bed and 2 beds for kids (not sofa). TV had youtube - our kids valued it :) It was shower and bath in the bathroom, which exceeded our expectations. While we were checking in, staff very kindly offered to use aperitif- it changes every day, usually there are fruits, muffins, something to drink - it also was very pleasant and exceeded our expectations. Breakfast is very good, staff is very kind, location is quiet and is not far from the lake, but it takes about half an hour to walk to the town center - for us it is not far, but depends of preference. Hotel has free parking.

everything is very good!! As a nuance - need more hooks in bathroom for towels, but it is not as important :)

Kitchen staff are amazing, food was fresh and Sabrina was fantastic. Really nice, newly renovated, gorgeous modern interior compared to others we saw. Prime location for local bars/cafe and a local supermarket. Up the road a couple minutes away is a cycle shop where you can rent for fairly good prices. Also located 4 minutes away was the main bus stop which leads to Verona/Brescia and the shuttle bus to the castle.

Bathroom could be bigger, shower area is quite small - makes you feel suffocated.

Very nice hotel in the center of town, surrounding is super beautiful. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was tasty and fresh, a lot of variaties. Rooms are clean and has eveything what someone can ask for. Train station is just in front of hotel but I would recomment to travel with car to explore everywhere. Neuschwanstein Castle just 15 min away from the hotel. Overall super experience, would come back again :)

It was clean and with nice furniture. Everything you need was there. 3 km from the old city. Parking was available at this time of the year. The breakfast was good enough.

The room was too small. It is not a good choice for longer stay. The bathroom was funny small...to wash the long hair was a big challenge and i am a small person! For my housband everything in the bathroom was difficult. There was no mosquito net also.
