Very nice and clean apartment, feels like at home. There was a massive wardrobe for storage in addition to chest drawers. The bathroom is spacious, an excellent shower with very good pressure. There is a little fridge in a room, tea, and coffee facilities in a room, though we missed a proper knife and a cutting board. Separately you can use a rest/sitting room & balcony for guests. Overall, it is a very nice & comfortable apartment, we would use it again if coming back to this area.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Brema. The check-in and arrival process was very smooth. There are free parking spaces in front of the house and in the neighborhood. The "kitchen corner" with coffee maker, kettle and some cutlery came in handy. There was a nice balcony with a nice sunset view. The room was cleaned every day, which was not expected and it was a nice touch. Overall, it was a great experience and we would book this property again!

We liked the big balcony. The room was nice and clean. It has a walk in wardrobe, so plenty of place to put the luggage. We had a big bed and one extra small one, because there was three of us. There is also a patio downstairs. What I also liked was that we could park the car right in front of the house. The breakfast was good and delivered to our door at 8am in the morning. The location is close to the lake and there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Good experience :)

The pool is private :)

The room is extremely beautiful. It has a balcony, cutlery, glasses, friedge, etc. They serve a delicious breakfast. The comunication with host was excelent. Nice hot water shower. You can park your car for free just outside the B&B. A very safe and quiet neiboorhood. The price is very competitive againts hotels near the historic center

Had problems with the airconditioning. First the remote control, but even host changed it, the A/C never got to work. Other than that, a perfect room.

The room was really clean, breakfast was basic but nicely brought in front of the room door in the basket, so we really loved it. There was enough parking on the street in front of the villa. Wi fi worked good.

Furniture in the rooms was a bit outdated and weirdly positioned.

Nice terrace and well located in Sirmione. It was easy to park on the street, even with a big van. Check in was easy and flexible and communication was super friendly.

The room was a bit more dated than we expected from the photos. The breakfast was pretty basic but it was cheaper than other breakfasts.

Cute place, for the breakfast you receive a variety of ingredients (yogurt, granola, fruits, juice, cheese, cold cuts, bread, butter and eggs to cook yourself). A lot of free parking on the street.

The operation method of the shower tap was a little uncomfortable. The location was far from the old city of Sirmione (by foot) but was close to a station of the shuttle that goes right to its entrance

Lovely spacious room with plenty of storage space and everything we needed for our stay. The host was easy to contact and helped when needed. The bed is huge and comfortable and the room was very clean.

There was no internet for the entire time we stayed, when I asked the host she said this was a problem they'd been having since a storm last year. This was very awkward for us as we needed the wifi. Think guests should be warned prior

It was very quiet for sleeping. Lots of delicious food for breakfast. Well equipped kitchen. Extremely comfy bed...I really wanted to take it home with me! Short walk to the beach and some restaurants. Id definitely stay again.

Breakfast in the room was a nice touch. It was a lovely & quiet location well worth being a bit removed from the real touristy areas.

The photos of the pool on some sites could be a bit misleading as the pool is private and not for guests. But it wasn't a problem as we didn't book for the pool and we weren't expecting it anyway.
