Beautiful hotel, room with a Balcony , delicious food at the restaurant, we had very pleasant stay, thank you

It was a problem with the late check out even though there was almost no people due to low season, little noise From the street

Exceeded All Expectations. Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. The facilities were top-notch—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Everything about our stay reflected a high level of professionalism and care. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll absolutely be returning.

If we had to mention one thing, the beds were very firm for our personal taste. However, this was a minor detail in an otherwise perfect stay.

Facility, and especially the staff, were excellent. Marika, who first greeted us upon arrival, helped me back into the tight parking space, and showed us to our room , was fantastic, and could not be more gracious and professional. Balcony was well designed to provide a decent view of the lake.

Parking spaces could have been larger, but, there doesn't appear to be much room for expansion in that area.

The property was very well maintained. It had many pleasant areas in which to sit. The garden area, although not large, was very pretty. The staff were incredibly helpful in both organising trips and arrangements before we got there. This was a special birthday trip and they helped to make it a really good celebration. The breakfast was particularly good, with a large variety of both fresh and dried fruit every day. The building also had an interesting history, along with some super portraits and frescos.

Nothing - it was superb.

This is an elegant hotel with beautiful views of the lake. The staff take extraordinary care to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Everything is well maintained and first rate. The breakfast is bountiful with choice options. We had dinner at their restaurant one evening and were disappointed that the quality of the food did not come up to the level of everything else about our stay.

No negatives.

Exceptional staff, beautiful building and surrounding garden, lake views, incredible breakfast, amazing dinner, lovely pool, music in main areas, antique furniture, overall ambience. All second to none. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful or charming. We had dinner on the terrace and it was fantastic. The taster menu was excellent ( for those who like fish!) . Restaurant staff were very professional and friendly.

I didn't sleep too well due to a hard mattress and pillows. There is some road noise.but we would return despite this. One of our favourite hotels!

The hotel is a close walk to town and so beautiful - old world charm with modern amenities. The staff was amazing and attentive, the views were gorgeous.

There is no direct access to the lake, BUT there are access points 15-20 min walking in either direction and the pool and views were excellent. This is just an FYI - we very much enjoyed our stay

Hotel was magnificent, full of character and charm. Beautiful art nouveau decor throughout. Loved breakfast in terrace enhanced with classical music! Staff were absolutely amazing and so very helpful. Nothing was a problem. Loved the daily surprises left in room such as fresh flowers, messages and a bookmark too! Staff celebrated my daughters birthday by a cake and card at breakfast! Room was impeccably cleaned daily and fresh towels twice a day! Pool was lovely and plenty of sun beds and towels! Loved the ice towels brought to you when relaxing by pool. It was such a special and magnificent holiday.

Loved everything about it! When in the garden could hear traffic go past due to being close to road. However, I imagine hotel long there before increase in traffic!

One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. Wonderful old world charm with incredible service from friendly welcoming staff, The property is perfect in so many ways and the food was always amazing! Special mention to the incredible staff with Julia and Laura especially going out of their way to exceed expectations and make us feel so special every time we interacted with them. We will be back for sure!!!
