Location on the Lake, breathtaking views. Comfortable bed, airy room. Relaxing quiet atmosphere. Swimming pool, lovely size, not crowded. Lovely breakfast, good varied selection. 10 mins walk to small town, restaurants all similar but very nice. Would recommend the lovely quaint hotel and for sure would return. 3*** hotel with 5*** location. Staff all friendly and always had a smile.

The hotel bar closes at 11pm we asked for a second drink at 10:50pm to be told they had shut! There was a bank holiday whilst away, we couldn’t order bar food for lunch until 2:15pm! Tea and milk not replaced in the room on a daily basis or the shower toiletries checked and filled.

We had an ideal stay. The location of the hotel by the lake, next to a small, quiet port is very good, enhanced by the dining area right on the lake. The breakfast buffet is exceptional and the quality of the restaurant meals very good. Our rooms had a lake view towards Salo and were a good size , very clean and well equipped. The swimming pool is good and there is swimming access to the lake through a pebbly beach where fishes swim close by. The staff were all extremely welcoming and pleasant, including welcoming our small dogs. All wonderful.

Car parking arrangements are tedious, but are a consequence of the location.

At first, I wanted to rate this place 8 points, but when I tried the food, I added another point. This is exactly why I love Italy. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious, and the service was delightful. The same goes for breakfast, which was simply excellent. The room met our expectations, and the view from the window is stunning. The location is also perfect.

The rooms and the entire hotel are done in a specific style that I actually quite like, but the bathroom, with those tacky curtains, could be better. I also expected a bit more cleanliness. Our visit was in April, so the evenings were chilly, and we couldn't find a way to increase the temperature in the room Due to these small issues, I deducted one point. If I remember correctly, there wasn't an iron in the room either.

From the reception to the restaurant, bar and room service the team is fantastic and friendly! Great breakfast and delicious dinners. Special thank you to Said at the reception, Martina at the bar, Stefano at the restaurant and to everyone else in the team. You all had a friendly smile and were happy to help, thank you for looking after us and making my B-day event more special with the surprised bottle of Prosecco and the cake 😊

Unfortunately the blankets in the room seem some better days for sure ☹ we didn’t feel comfortable to use them.

If possibile we would have give 20+ stars as this property is truly exceptional! Let’s start at the beginning: the reception is staffed with multilingual, professional and very friendly people. Free parking is available at 50 meters walking distance. The room was spacious, beautifully furnished and spotless just as the big bathroom that smelled lovely. We had a balcony with view of the Lago and the swimming pool. The bar has a professional bar tender also very friendly. Breakfast is a feast! Whatever you could want and double is on offer for you. The lady looking after the breakfast greeted us so nicely and with a compliment, showing that she is living her profession with passion. Dinner in the evening was superb! The service and the food of utmost quality. We would highly recommend this hotel- situated right at the lakeside- to you if you’re planning on visiting lake Garda. We are frequent travellers and this place is superb in every way and aspect. Hospitality at its very best.

Everything was more than good 💙

The hotel is on the quieter side of Lake Garda, situated in a beautiful location right on the lake. It’s clean, comfortable and every member of staff is very friendly and attentive. The hotel has everything you need. In the evening sipping an aperitif outside with the views across the lake is just idyllic. We used a hire car to get there and reserved a space in the hotel car park, which was easy to do, and took the stress out of trying to find a public space elsewhere. We definitely hope to return one day.

We were not keen that some people brought their dogs into the restaurant at breakfast time and this seemed to be allowed. We have nothing against dogs, but it can make the experience uncomfortable for others, even causing one couple to move mid meal.

Property is quaint, beautiful hotel. We had a pool and lake view it was stunning .. great location to explore and close to Salo. The restaurant was excellent food, we had breakfast included and had dinner one evening. It isn’t the cheapest but food is excellent, and staff attentive. Nothing too much trouble for reception staff. The lady who ran breakfast shift was lovely and cheerful every morning.

We couldn’t find any fault with the hotel

The lakeside location of this hotel is fabulous and the whole enterprise feels like a faded dolce vita experience. The decor looks like it was originally designed in the 1980s and just regularly refreshed so it looks clean. Dining beside the water is blissful, food is good and the service is old school. It is also within half an hours walk of the restaurants in Salo.

Even our superior room was tiny and basic. The towels are thin and scratchy and the floors have been updated with badly fitted laminate that cracks like a rifle shot with every footstep so I was woken several times each night when my husband went to the bathroom.

Lovely, but rather isolated location. Very clean. Excellent breakfast. And food. Beautiful views. Very nice swimming pool. Parking outside was easy.

We were given a room right at the back at the top. No balcony. Those mean awkward clothes hangers. The first email /text we got from the hotel was a page full of rules about Parking and health warnings, et cetera. Very offputting. Not a welcome email or message Just annoying rules.

The most beautiful location, and the friendliest staff. We had a wonderful week here enjoying breakfast by the lake, relaxing by the pool as a family and strolling up to Gardone to catch the boat or have dinner. A truly memorable holiday.

The rooms need more electrical sockets to plug in devices, and also proper glasses instead of flimsy plastic beakers in the bathroom.
