Location is fantastic in a quiet part of Lake Garda, very friendly staff, good breakfast with plenty of variety. We especially enjoyed Bar Lido which belongs to the hotel and is situated across the road next to the waterfront, here they serve light snacks such as Greek salads, ham with melon etcetera which come in huge portion sizes ! A wonderful place to sit and watch the sun go down, beautiful !

Loved everything about the hotel. We took a ferry trip to Lemione which was crammed so after a couple of hours we headed back across the lake.

We had an amazing experience at Hotel Drago! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste — a perfect way to start the day. The location is ideal, right by the lake, with easy access to nearby towns like Limone via boat from Malcesine, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel offers many free activities, including bike rentals, paddle boats, a swimming pool, and a jacuzzi — plenty to keep you entertained without ever leaving the property. The café just across from the hotel serves fantastic juice mixes, it is a perfect spots to relax. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready with a smile. The only small downside was that the parking wasn’t free, but honestly, everything else was perfect. Highly recommend for a relaxing and active Lake Garda getaway!

The best of the best! We traveling with family even our two cats. They was so sweet and kind to us! Tricky to get in garage with big or low car is in every hotel here so it was worth the nerve for see the look! Stuff was very polite and friendly. Even the bar was closed but if you ask in reception for cappuccino or water bottle they will do it! There was an elevator problem in first day but in next it was already working. Clean and big room with room service. There was kettle in room but not coffee/tea maker. All other was excellent even dinner! Thanks! Will recommend to everyone!

The hotel was a little slice of paradise. We were only in town for a few days and wanted to make the most of the lake so didn't get the chance to enjoy the outdoor pool but really felt that we'd missed out on something when we checked it out just before we were leaving. The location is perfect, with a few bars in the area and amenities. Lots of places (particularly on a slightly north stroll along the lake) were you can swim in the lake and it was one of the most serene experiences of my life. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was incredible, they had lots of fruit, breads, pastries, cereal, everything you'd expect... With the addition of tiny pizzas and burger buns the size of your thumb. The room size was generous and easy for us to relax in, particularly having arrived at about 1 am after a delayed flight... Watch out, apparently flights from the UK to Milan are often delayed so be careful if you have a hire car waiting.

No complaints at all. Wonderful place.

This was not our first time at the hotel. This year we were pleasantly surprised. We were upgraded to the new apartments. These apartments are absolutely exceptional.

Compared to previous visits, the quality and service in the dining room have deteriorated. Breakfast with less choice and service a big tragedy. The hotel management should focus on the fact that the replenishment of the dishes and the cleaning of the tables are not working. Previously, everything was at a higher level. We perceived this deterioration because we can compare it to previous years.

Location was superb, right on the lake front. Secure parking was available under the hotel. Lovely leisure area, including partly covered pool, jacuzzi, spa, sunbeds, etc. An international breakfast, including scrambled eggs and bacon. Cannot comment on the restaurant, as we ate out; attractive with a good bar area and outside seating. A nice local restaurant within 100 yards of the hotel recommended and good value. Room size was adequate, spacious shower room and amenities in the room included a fridge and TV.

It would have been nice to stay longer.

i gave 10 grade since it was so nice stay for us. fantastic view ,great balcony with lake view from 1st floor and up. right on the lake, comftable beds, there is a modern new section which worth upgrade. with very large rooms and great design. very kind staff, close to a very nice village. great souna and beautiful sweeming pool . on october it is some what yes .but great for restart with jacuzzi and sauna combine on warm days

breakfast is nice ,but could be better with some more products like creame cheese and similiar. during day if sitting in the balcony there would be some car noise , but perfecty quiet when window is closed

A stunning location just moments from the lake, offering picturesque surroundings and a selection of nearby restaurants within walking distance. Spacious rooms available, with a pool area or nearby lake suitable for swimming. A continental breakfast was provided and was satisfactory. The coffee was particularly enjoyable. The hotel has a bar, but we did not utilise it and therefore can not comment on the service.

For extended stays, the selection of nearby restaurants within walking distance is limited; therefore, a car may be necessary for longer visits. A lengthy commute via public transportation from Verona Airport.

Comfortably clean hotel, parking available

Some staff seemed indifferent. Want a drink and coffee in hotel bar after dinner. No one was serving, so had to get annoyed to get some service. Had a set menu for dinner, food was ok except my wife and I asked for fresh fruit for dessert, we were given a whole orange and a whole apple between us, it was not even cut up. Could do with an anti slip mat in shower in our room

A lovely hotel with equally lovely staff — everyone was super friendly and welcoming. We were warmly greeted and checked in without any problems. After check-out, we spent more time walking around the property, and the staff encouraged us to feel at home and take our time. The grounds are beautiful, with a pool and stunning mountain views. The view from our room was absolutely amazing. Breakfast was delicious, everything was fresh, and the staff were very friendly. Overall, it was a great stay and we’re really thankful for the experience. Thank you!
