Two Nights well spent at this property for my daughter and I . The owner was very warm and friendly . The staffs was also very helpful and responsive. The view was amazing . I had amazing morning when I woke up and walk my Self out to my room balcony watching the lake view with it’s freshair. The brakfast was everything I need in the morning to start my day . I felt like i wasnt some Hotel guest but instead I felt like I was being hosted by very nice italian Family at their home ( i mean this in a exelent way) i would defintly come back . ✨🫰🏽

* Flexibility of Hotel Staff was 100% Fantastic. Flight to Italy was delayed. (Almost missed Runway Take Off Spot). Delayed leaving Airport. (Car Hire). Arrived at Hotel One and a Half Hour late at 01.15 AM. From 23.30 Hotel rang my phone and agreed to wait for my arrival. - Wonderfully kind of Hotel to do this, and much appreciated. Note - Closing time at Hotel was 23.30. - Thank you Hotel Firenze! * Room was spotlessly clean, with a fantastic (Panoramic) Lake View and Balcony. * Delicious Breakfast with Panoramic View of Lake. * English, French, German, and Arabic spoken by Hotel Staff. * Very kind and helpful people, throughout Hotel and its immediate surroundings. * Clean Swimming Pool and Lake to swim in. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is good to explore more towns as there is access to the boat service 5-10 min walking and a bus stop right next to the hotel (in case you're not with a car). View was really nice :)

No fridge in the room, with such high temperatures it would be nice to have a place to cool down the water bottle. The air conditioning only working in the evening/night, when room is obviously most hot during the day 😅 The breakfast was okay but not too diverse. Could have more fresh fruits, local cheese, cold drinks etc.

Excellent quality breakfast, very good location, very nice facilities of the hotel (terrace, swimming pool, bar), extremely friendly and welcoming staff, modern and well equipped bathroom, confortable room.

I would suggest to the hotel managment to remove german language from the menu and other places where it is used (for example mini garbage cans on the table in the morning are in german) and to greet customers in italian. It’s a hotel in the heart of Italy after all and using german so intensively spoiles the italian atmosphere.

- great staff 100% from the recieption to the restaurant! - room were clean but really basic! - the view was really great! I recommend this location who want to relax and enjoy the lake view!

- you may not find a place for your car if you come little late! - room really basic and nothing special on it! - try to take room in the middle of the building to enjoy the view! .. side rooms has partial lake view!

The hotel was very lovely and cosy. The bed was very comfortable, The view from the terrace is wonderful. The scenery is wonderful, everyone was friendly, and the food also exceeded our expectations. The rooms are really clean and well maintained and we really liked it.

No fridge or any complimentary essentials in room No kettle and cups in bedroom It would be nice to consider putting a small hotel fridge, kettle and cups for tea, there wasn’t any water in the room. However I had a nice view and my stay was good. Thank you for your services

The parking out the front was a bit tight especially if people didn’t park in the spaces properly but there was more parking behind the hotel. A toaster at breakfast would have been good and a slightly bigger.

The room and bathroom seem to have been recently renovated, were new and modern. Breathing view from the balcony!!! The staff was very friendly and welcoming and prices in the hotel restaurant/bar were reasonable.

Beautiful location overlooking the lake with wonderful terrace for dinner. Great meal and well priced. Very friendly staff. Great location for walks along foreshore. Unfortunately too cold to swim in beautiful pool. Lovely to have a balcony.
