The location for us was great, close to Malcesine but not central, super close to the lake, not fat from good restaurants or a shop even on foot. The rooms were spacious, rhe amenities perfect for a family, the staff was nice, everything was clean. The breakfast was exceptional, with very good variety. The underground garage is nice as tou wont have a scorching hot car and the parking space are a decent size. Overall a very nicse experience, would definitely return.

Basically everything was perfect.If I would have to find somthing to fault, I would say it would be nice to have a hand towel hanger next to the sink, a box of tissues in the bathroom, thats about it. As an FYI, the hotel os really on the main road, and trafic is loud till about 1 am, so if you plan to sleep with an open door for the lakeside breez with a kid, the noise might make it challenging. But thats part of the appeal too, on the other side of that road tou have direct lake access - crossing is sometimes hard as most drivers dont seem to grasp the concept of pedestrian crossings. But nothing after the FYI has anything to do with the Hotel. They are great.

A very good and quite modern hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. The balcony and the view are just superb. The breakfast is also good. May be a little bit far from the center, but it is one more good opportunity to have a walk along the lake. The staff deserves special mention-friendly and always ready to help.

Great little hotel. Very clean, very friendly staff. Kitchen not really equipped for self catering but good restaurants not far from hotel. Spar about 10 min walk which we used for breakfast each day but hotel can also provide breakfast. It’s a 3k walk into malcesine but very pretty walk along the lake and there is an hourly bus from right outside the hotel if preferred to walking.

It’s was immaculate. Staff super at giving local advise and amending our booking when flights got cancelled. Great to have pool as well as private lake sunlounger bit. Tourist bus stopped outside as well as could borrow bikes.

Issues with air con, which staff were working hard to sort and come up with solutions. We had a car so could get out and about and were 5/6 restaurants within 15/20 min walk, but it was 50min walk back from main town

Perfect location, very clean and with a friendly staff. The room is newly renovated and the parking garage is spacious and easy to access.

The Wi-Fi is extremely slow and the TVs are not smart, so you cannot watch Netflix and the channel options are very poor. These are the only things preventing my stay here from being perfect.

The room was very nice, spacious and practically equipped. We followed the recommendation/reviews and booked with breakfast and it was really fabulous (great selection for both sweet and savory, fruits, etc…) Great thing is that the hotel has private beach at the lake so despite we were there end of July it wasn’t crowded at all. Also the hotel swimming pool was great. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff! The breakfast spread was fantastic. Even with the gluten free! Also the quaint town of Malcesine with it's many fantastic restaurants and fab food!

We didn't have any air conditioning, even though they did try fixing it on the computer, we still couldn't get it to work!

Self contained Apartment Very modern , smart, high quality fittings, furniture and decor, clean. Views were stunning & property had a nice little private garden with pool. we hired bikes in local town of Malcesine but tour minibus and mainline buses stopped right outside and we used them a lot. We were able to park our bikes in the underground car park which has adequate space for cars and motorcycles. Easy access to lakeside path just over the road. Breakfast very good if you need it. Bar open until midnight each day and well stocked. The owners and staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. everything was possible if you requested it.

A small and quiet hotel with a very nice staff. They helped us with everything. They even let us store our bikes upstairs. The room was great, the bed was comfortable, we had everything we needed.

Everything was lovely with this hotel. It’s spotless, lovely pool area, great breakfast, large apartments, fabulous views of the lake and a nice walk to Malcesine.

The wifi is quite weak but this is really a minor thing.
