We liked the stunning views of Lake Garda from our apartment. The owner, Marianne was very friendly & very helpful, suggesting places to visit. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The swimming pool was a lovely place to relax. Only a 10-15 minute walk into the centre of Malcesine.

Only minor dislike was the noise at night from the road directly outside the apartments but having said that, I would definitely go back there.

Great location with easy walking path into downtown Malcesine. The balcony provided a great place to relax and enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon lunch with a view of the lake. The apartment was very clean and had a good amount of space for a longer stay. Marianne was very kind and made check-in and our stay pleasant.

Fabulous location with the most amazing view from the balcony, we were in apartment 9 which is very spacious.

Good apartment, very clean, comfy beds. Some things are a little old and need updating. We had a couple of minor issues which were fixed promptly.

This is not a hotel, so you must bring your own detergent, shampoo, towels for pool. But the location is very convenient, as you can cross the street and walk along the lake to find everything you need. The view is fabulous.

Perfect position with easy access to lake beaches and city center as well. Apartment and pool are clean offers all necessary equipments.

Bit of the renovation in the bathroom would be great. Parking provided, which is great, but requires a skill to get in and out especially when full.

Great location just a short stroll along the promenade to the centre. First floor apartment had a view of the lake. Pleasant pool area. Marianne was really welcoming and sorted out a problem with missing sofa bed linen very quickly.

Decor and furniture very dated and old. We had apartment number 4 which is a 1 bedroom. As 3 adults we also needed to use the sofa bed which has seen better days and most definitely needs replacing. The sofa bed is very old and uncomfortable but as we were only staying 2 nights it wasn’t too bad. The cleaners had forgotten to leave bedding for the sofa bed or a pillow but Marianne did resolve very quickly.

Location was ok

The fridge was not working really smelly .kitchen was smelly .The host was rude to us with no flexibility. She lacks communication skills.
