Quiet setting with stunning view over Lake Garda. Bright, clean and spacious accommodation with big terrace/balcony. Friendly and helpful staff. Good sized swimming pool with pleasant surround with sun loungers. Just 5 minutes walk to the lake and 35 minutes walk to the lovely town of Malcesine. Close to bus stop for travelling to neighbouring villages on the East side of the lake.

Lacking some basic supplies like washing up liquid. It would have been nice to have key ingredients like olive oil, salt, tea, coffee and maybe some milk in the fridge on our arrival.

The location and view from our apartment were amazing. The property is located outside of Malcesine in a quieter part of the city up the hill. The drive up the streets up to the property was an adventure but we loved the Italian small town flair. The property offers two parking lots, one across the street and the other one 15 meters down the road. The apartment was spacious and we let bed sitting on the terrace enjoying our meals and views. Very nice pool and garden with olive trees! The host was very friendly and welcoming!

The WiFi in our apartment was basically non existing. The only place we were able to connect was at the door and in the bathroom, sometimes not at all. I like sleeping in harder mattresses but those beds were too hard for my taste and not comfortable. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!

Nice location, free parking, very friendly staff, cool pool, nice terrace, if you are able to select room pick ones on top floor, you have amazing view. I would really once again say that lady in front desk is very friendly.

All ok, just everything is extra. One roll of toilet paper, one bag for trash, i was in apartments where you got also two tablets for dishwasher included, hallway needs renkvation, but overall all ok. There is posibility for little improvements.

Location was good, away from the main town about 30 minutes walk into town. In a nice quiet spot with spectacular views over the lake and the mountains. Hosts are very welcoming and helpful

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was huge but with a small shower. The bathroom could do with updating. We didn't have a kettle. The air conditioning was either very cold and noisy or not on, could probably do with updating

Lovely quiet picturesque hillside location, very clean and spacious room, lovely fresh outdoor pool with plenty of comfortable loungers poolside and also a swing/slide set for the kids to play on. There is also a communal BBQ in the garden but we never made use of this. Lovely and hardworking staff, whose name I unfortunately cannot remember, but she couldn't do enough to help us. Only a short 5 minute stroll from amenities(local spar and reaturants). About 20/25 minute walk from the centre of malcesine along the shoreline. Would definitely return here next time we visit Lake Garda

No issues other than a problem with the safe but that was sorted right away

The apartment was perfect for meeting with friends and the large terrace meant we could enjoy the lovely weather and view!

More toilet roll - 2 for a family of 4 for 5 nights wasn’t enough. Could have also done with a couple of dishwasher tablets etc

Bit of a walk into Malcesine centre but that is just a comment not a complaint. If the weather had been better we probably wouldn’t have noticed it?

The apartment was amazing! We were a group of friends and reserved 2 apartments and did not know what exactly we will get, but when we got there it was amazing! I can not tell you what an amazing view we had and waking up in the morning to that amazing view was great! 😊 The staff was super helpful and the stay was great!

Large space, big livingroom with Kitchen.

Unfortunately our Room was facing the pool. The rooms on the higher level have a great view on the lake.

The receptionist was very friendly even gave us a welcome bottle of wine
