Well positioned hotel, right in front of the lake. Short enjoyable panorama walk to Malcesine. We really enjoyed breakfast on the terrace in front of the lake. Breakfast was good with eggs variations, tasty bread selection, Joghurt, Home made cake. Not that far from the hotel there is also entrance to the lake if you want to have a swim (you need to walk a bit further for a beach). Great pool and many sunchairs arrived out and also on the upper terrace with amazing view. . Nice bar, also open late in the evening to have a drink on a terrace in front of the lake👌🏼 everything you need in the rooms including mini bar fridge to store water. The staff is very friendly and attentive, any issue - ask them and they will try to solve it! Thank you so much for making our request for type of room possible! And special thanks to Michele for his great and friendly help! When we come back to Malcesine we would stay in this hotel again.

Coffee could be better, and cream cheese for breakfast was missing. There is little privacy on the balconies, as they are very close to each other

This hotel was spectacular, right on the water with incredible views of the lake. Parking was easy, basically on top of the hotel. Check in was simple and fast. The room was well appointed with great views of the lake from the balcony. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The breakfast was fantastic with a huge spread on the lakeside terrace with beautiful views. The pool was delightful with ample space and lounge chairs. The location was perfect, maybe a 10 minute walk along the lake into the old town center.

The location is excellent, right on the lakefront and only a few minutes’ walk into town. It has a large verandah facing the lake where you can chill out all day if you want, and also a pool. The room, and indeed the hotel generally, was spotlessly clean, and the staff are friendly and welcoming and happy to help with any queries. The onsite parking is convenient and easy to access. The whole experience was really relaxing and comfortable. A great hotel.

I booked the cheapest available room and as a result had a view of the basement rather than the pool or lake (i.e. no view at all), though I must say the room itself was still good quality. If I visit again I would pay just a little more to avoid this - it would certainly be worth it, as the place is spectacular.

The location of the hotel is perfect: a few minutes walking distance to the centre of Malcesine (via a very pleasant path), in a quiet spot. The staff is very attentive, helpful and really friendly. The hotel was spotless and the rooms comfortable Having breakfast while enjoying the spectacular view of the lake was our morning highlight. Having a parking space is definitely a bonus.

The area around the pool is dated and would benefit from being refreshed. Having said that, the pool in itself was very pleasant.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed at on my three week adventure through Europe. The service was better than any other hotel, complete with a welcome drink. Breakfast was outstanding with a mimosa bar! The pool is very refreshing. It's a quiet, quaint and hospitable hotel. The room was extremely clean and comfortable with a veranda! A 10 minute walk to the bus stop and ferry.

Perfect location and great staff Breakfast was good. Staff very very helpful. It was too cold to swim in the pool but it looked good. Even though it was cool it was still nice to sit outside having breakfast overlooking the lake with a glass of bubbles which is part of the breakfast. Felt safe being there alone.

Only downside for me was that I was on the ground floor so heard noise when people went upstairs to their rooms at night. But it wouldn’t put me off staying there

We splurged for a lake view room and I'm so glad we did! The room had plenty of space for clothes storage. The balcony is small but perfect for enjoying sunsets over the lake. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool area was nice with plenty of lounge chairs. Parking was convenient. Breakfast was extensive.

Staff at the Hotel are absolutely lovely The hotel is clean and tidy, little dated in a few areas but nothing concerning! Hotel is ideally set on the lake and roughly 7-10mins walk into the centre of Malcesine.

Breakfast was very much the same every day and not very warm

It is placed excellently at Garda's shore, it has spacious rooms, well equiped with everything one needs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast on the terrace near the lake with the best view, the food was diverse and good

I booked it last minute and got a room with a weird view, it was a semi-basement with very high windows that opened right at the pool area near the floor. It wasn't bad necessarily, but weird.

Superior service at both reception and bar/restaurant! Arriving by motorcycle in the summer heat I was offered a cold refreshment drink even before I had checked in. Very much appreciated! Great private parking. Hotel location is breathtaking just a few meters in front of the lake. Outstanding breakfast with all possible selections and ability to enjoy it with Lake Garda in front of you!!

Somewhat dated rooms, but not an issue.
