The situation was lovely and really well positioned. The roof top pool was fantastic!!

We paid extra for a balcony but there was no Lake view …. It was also quite tired and in need of an update

We had to ask for room change after first night because the mattress was broken. It was no problem to change it which I am grateful for to the lady in reception. But the mattress should be changed immediately for a new one as the room is one of the most expensive (214) unfortunately very fast new couple with child were accomodied in it. Lack of vegetables for breakfast. Only tomatoes which were finished by 8.30am everyday and when we asked for it we have received just one tomato chopped in a microbowl. Not a standard for 4*.

Location was fabulous, in pedestrianised Square, right next to the lake. Rooms were large, clean and refurbished. Our rooms were located on 4th floor. Skypool was very welcome as it was extremely hot this week. We had a very good breakfast each morning 😊 Bar at pavement level was busy all week, and was very handy too

This week's heat challenged the air con service. It was extremely hot this week. Expect this was an exceptional challenge

The location and view from rooms. Rooms were a good size and nicely decorated. Breakfast was on the roof with an amazing view. Also the roof has a fabulous infinity pool with a million dollar view. Good value for money.

A small first world problem coming: Perhaps a little heating in the pool would’ve made it so much better. If that’s the worst thing to worry about I’m sure we will all survive. Cheers

Perfect location. Lots of dining options close by. Nice view from roof.

Pastries at breakfast were not well baked and were doughy. On second day, after having brought this to their attention, pastries were better, but could have had a few more minutes in the oven. Breakfast buffet area rather crowded when lots of people come for breakfast at same time Parking options are not close to hotel. Walking distance is reasonable and one can drop off/pick up luggage from hotel.

The hotel was suffering some damages to the interior walls and in general a bit worn. The rooftop pool was extremely dirty with a film of sunscreen on top. The water was also cold.

Nice old hotel with some renovations. I think we came on the begging of the season (April) and some renovations were not finished. Dust was not cleaned on corners and in the passage on the way to rooms. the view from terrace could be on the nice Fontaine, but it was still dirty after winter. Great work of waiters for breakfast! The restaurant’s view is really amazing!

location is great, near the lake and righ amongst the old town. breakfast was spectacular with great views of the lake and a decent selection of food. The room was good, decor a little tired, and shower presure low, but otherwise perfectly good.

Super place to stay in all aspects. Location is perfect just a few meters from the lake front, close to shops, bars, restaurants and the historic town center. Lovely breakfast served on a awesome terrace. Room is very comfortable and super clean

It would have been nice to have some tea or coffee making facilities in the room.
