The location, the room (we booked a junior suite with lovely balcony at the top of the hotel, the staff at the reception good English and very helpful, breakfast with enough choices. The room perfume in the lobby was really good.

1.The parking is not on the hotel but walking distance and costs 15 euro per day. The description from booking is incomplet misleading. During the day walking is fine but if arriving late evening ... not pleasant. However the hotel position explains why having no parking on the premises. 2. The room was boiling hot when we arrived in the evening taking almost 1 hour to cool and become breathable. We would have appreciate somebody preparing it especially we called 1 hour before announcing arriving late. 3. We chose a room with big double bed but in fact there were 2 single beds next to each which was not at all comfortable, as beds were moving apart.

The location was perfect - we ate breakfast right on the lake, it was close to the ferry boat and the shops and restaurants were on the doorstep. We were able to soak up the atmosphere of the square from our hotel room as it overlooked the piazza. Great choice of food at breakfast, comfortable clean bedroom and superb shower!

The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, but we found the restaurant and cafe staff less so. In fact one day we were ignored in the cafe so long we left and went somewhere else for coffee.

Room led on to outside balcony with enchanting panoramic lake view. Restaurant was fabulous for both breakfast and evening meals and waiting staff terrific.

I stayed for five nights on a room rate rather than a trip rate. I asked for the drinking water in the room to be topped up on the second day and was told it was only provided for the first night only. This seemed a little odd, as I was paying the same double room rate each night and as I was travelling alone, so was eating only one breakfast! This seemed a little mean (and very un-Italian), as there were no coffee facilities in the room either.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Our room had an exceptional view of the lake. The room was comfortable, clean & spacious. The staff were helpful & the restaurant at the hotel was lovely. The waiters were very friendly & helpful. The food was delicious.

The access to the hotel is hard to find as you turn into what looks like a bus stop. You then drive slowly along the waters edge on the sidewalk. Parking was in a parking station a little away from the hotel but a walking path back to the hotel was good.

The location right on the lake is amazing. Very nice hotel and staff very helpful. I booked a room with a lake view and was told we had an upgrade when we booked in. Not sure what this was as room exactly what I booked! Perfect location in the town of Riva and the restaurant and bar very good. Special shout out to Manuel very friendly. We arrived with a car and staff very helpful at assisting with parking in an underground car park a short distance away. The hotel is in a restricted drive area so be sure to inform them if you have a car. They will sort it all for you.

The only fault we had with this hotel was that our room was right opposite the maintenance cupboard and on the first day we were woken up at 7am by crashing and banging!!!

We LOVED the location. The property gave perfect directions (We recommend you drive into the protected zone to drop your bags, then park otherwise you’re dragging your bags for an 8 minute walk from the parking garage). The complimentary breakfast was great, it was nice to enjoy it right on the lakeside. The staff was incredible. The woman who checked us in was amazing, she even wished us a happy anniversary when we arrived. It was nice to see they took the time to read our notes, we appreciated it and felt it added a lot. Near the hotel, there are two restaurants we’d recommend for any guest within walking distance, I Momenti and La Còrt Cucina & Vino.

This hotel is perfectly situated right on the lake at one end of Riva del Garda. Our room overlooked the square, which was great, but if I was staying longer, I would have booked the lake view room. The famous monument right next to the hotel is a big tourist attraction and looks amazing, but beware the bell rings as early as 7am! Our room was average size with everything we needed apart from a kettle, etc. We had a lovely little balcony to sit on. The bed was very comfortable and clean, good space for wardrobe and drawers. Very close to lots of restaurants, shops and the boat excursions.

The hotel staff were very friendly. The hotel is very clean, welcoming and is good value for money. It’s’ location is fantastic, being on the waterfront and in the old part of town. We had a room overlooking the lake which was truly amazing, and made our stay extra memorable.

One minor thing is that we would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Very comfortable hotel in a great location by the waterfront at Riva del Garda. My room had a comfortable bed and a modern en suite bathroom. I ate at the hotel restaurant and food and service were very good. Very good breakfast on the hotel terrace. I requested a parking space which was nearby in a shared hotel car park and I was able to unload my luggage at the hotel itself by the reception giving me clear instructions about how to enter the ZTL. Overall a very good experience.
